I called for a simple price estimate to install an exhaust kit and I’m not really sure why he felt the need to be so rude about it. They wouldn’t let me explain what parts I already have or the work I need done. I was spoken to in a condescending way, as if I didn’t understand my own truck. I’m the one who disassembled it and I know exactly what needs to be reassembled. I have kids with me and I’m trying to avoid driving around with no exhaust just to get a quote, but he refused to listen , cut me off multiple times and basically told me the only thing I can do is bring it in. Honestly, had the guy not been so rude about it I probably wouldn’t have minded bringin it in. Unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
