  I went in to get my vehicle inspected and the gentleman, Russ, was very nice and professional. He was honest and told me that I had to wait, but I honestly didn’t mind the wait. I’m definitely going to be coming back to this location!

  Came in for a battery check. I was a bit nervous just because I am not the most well-versed in cars or their parts, but Victor was very patient and explained the situation well! I was also given a full pricing breakdown before any work was done. I will definitely return for services in the future! Thank you!

  Nicolas was awesome and so nice and helpful. We thought I needed a new tire but when they examined it, determined that I didn’t. I appreciate the honesty and kindness so much! We will definitely return to Mavis Tire for any of our needs!

  I stopped in because my PSI was at 29 and I was in a hurry to get to work. The gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and had the guys take my car right back, and tell me right up front how much it would be if it was an easy fix. I asked him to please let me see it before they did anything, and he did. This was the fastest place I've ever been to, where they actually did what I wanted.

  Stay away from this place at all cost in Wylie, Tx off 78! I was shopping for tires and google provided Mavis as a recommendation near by. I dialed the number, spoke to Herbert and he provided pricing for 4 Arroyo tires on the phone. When I arrived at the location a man at the counter greeted me by telling me he was frustrated. This was an older guy with a beard and guess he was the Manager. I shared with him that i was in no rush so, please take your time. He then proceeded to handle a customer disputing cost for repairs with this Manager. The Manager then said..."Haven't you heard, the cost of gas & oil is going up along with everything else!" As if this justifies a con happening in front of him/me to increase store revenues or price increases. After the encounter was completed, this unprofessional con-man/representative/manager says....I don't know who you spoke with on the phone but the cost of the tires you were told didn't include valve stems, mounting or wheel balance and that was inaccurate. I don't know who you spoke with even though I was scheduled by Herbert just minutes earlier. Regardless I needed the tires replaced for a safe vehicle for my wife & kids. After waiting 3 hours in the lobby not one tire was removed however the same guy came to inform me that I have 14 swollen luggage nuts... Then he shared that they need to be replaced at a cost of $13 dollars each plus tax. (Thats right, a lug nut) Surprisingly they were able to take one off. The plan was to squeeze my wallet, for something I had never heard of in my life before. I flat out said no....yall need to figure this out. He shared that their tool would not fit my lug nut. Maybe this guy thought I was going to buy what he was selling....not today. I wasn't born yesterday! But guess what? They were able to take one off and put it back on. I then told the tech to put my truck down because this business has unethical business practices and I am not paying an additional $197 for lug nuts. This guy mentioned he gave me a price break and while in front of me decided to light up a Marborol Red cigarette. A price break when AutoZone sells them for $3 dollars each which is where they intended to go purchase them! Thankfully I was able to escape this place 100% in tact without a single penny spent here! I ended up buying a superior brand Good Year Work Horse tires at Sams Club instead, with full install, mounting, balancing, tire sensor reprogramming warranty and more for way less at Sams Club. Stay away from this place. Go anywhere else but this place at all cost. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! All of the tires offered are 30% lesser at any other place as well!
