My wife took our car to have 2 tires replaced and one repaired. So they priced her 418 plus tax. They told her that she needed 2 tire pressure sensors but had not checked them which was not bad but he had them on discount when she declined he found and excuse not to want to install the tires. Will not go back to this place again.

I have an old truck and not much free-time. I came in Friday afternoon maybe 2 to 2.5 hrs before closing. These guys knew I had to be at work early Saturday morning and knew my brakes desperately needed some love and they stayed an hour and a half after they closed to CONTINUE working on my brakes to make sure my truck and myself were safely back on the road. They could have said no and that I would need to come back tomorrow or a later date and drop it off but they understood my situation and took care of all the old ceased up bolts that had fought them every single inch of the way and were able to get me safely back on the road. These guys are GREAT.

My daughter’s front driver-side tire shredded, so we brought her car to this company on a donut spare and purchased four brand-new tires. They also recommended brake service, which we declined and later had completed at another shop. When the brake shop removed the tire, they discovered a sharp metal piece protruding near the tire that had rubbed an entire ring around the inside of the NEW tire. They advised us that this appeared to be what caused the original tire to shred and told us to immediately return to the tire company because this should have been identified when the new tires were installed. When I returned, instead of addressing the safety concern, I was told they could not confirm whether the damage existed at the time of installation or happened afterward. Because we did not purchase a tire warranty, they refused to replace the damaged tire. This is not a warranty issue—it is a safety and inspection issue. If something was positioned to rub against and destroy a tire, why was a brand-new tire installed without identifying it? They inspected the vehicle closely enough to recommend brake service, yet somehow did not identify something that another shop immediately found when removing the tire. Manager Victor Leyba offered no meaningful resolution and essentially maintained that his technicians would have noticed the problem if it had been there. Meanwhile, another automotive shop specifically identified it as the likely reason the ORIGINAL tire shredded. My husband also waited approximately four hours for the original tire service, and now, after purchasing four new tires, we have to replace another tire. What concerns me most is that my daughter was allowed to leave and drive a vehicle with a condition capable of damaging a brand-new tire and potentially causing another tire failure. A professional tire company should identify a visible safety concern or warn the customer before putting that vehicle back on the road. I cannot recommend this company. Poor accountability, poor customer service, and most importantly, a serious concern about vehicle safety.
