  I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. With only 3 customers and 5 workers, I was told the whole visit would take about an hour and a half. It took 2 hours just to change the tires. By that point I had already waited so long that I left without getting the alignment, since staying would have meant probably another 2 hours. The wait time was unacceptable and the estimate I was given was completely off. Wasted my day went for convenience ended up wishing I just went across town to my normal place.

  I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a decade (Since I got my car). Their service is literally unmatched! I recently had some sounds/complications going on with the amount of noises that have grown over the past few months. I knew it was likely the control arms, and some wheel bearings at least. I later learned there was also some extra work that needed to be done (shocks/struts and sway bar work that also were shot/worn out) simply due to how our Texas roads are. But I want to give a massive shout out to Anthony & Navi for really working with me on addressing these issues, as well as finding the best deal possible, which is simply unrivaled customer service and commitment to helping drivers like me get back and staying on the road! Thank you gents for all you’ve done for me, and I knew there was a good reason why I’ve kept coming back to y’all for nearly a decade now. 5 Star Service without a doubt! 10/10 will be back.. (hopefully not soon though). 🤙🏻

  I had a nail in my tire and stopped in for help, and Anthony and Victor were amazing! They were quick, professional, and made the whole process so easy. They patched my tire efficiently and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Great service!
