I went here yesterday with a brake issue on a 2011 toyata prius .Dylan was the one assisting me . He was very professional and helpful a lot of places would just take your money and not help . I told him my situation with my brakes . even though I eventually couldn't get it fixed there . He sat with me and told me my options even printed out the parts I would need and solutions . He was very frank I appreciate it . Highly recommended .

I went in today to get brake pads and rotors replaced and I had the pleasure of speaking with Dylan. He was extremely generous during our conversation and provided me with ample amount of information that made me feel comfortable about the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. I would recommend anyone that needs work done like this to stop by and see what they’re about. Thank you to all the guys in the shop who worked on my vehicle! Will be returning for future business with them.

I’m a new BrakesPlus customer, and I tried this place because of the reviews. I needed an objective, honest opinion about my brakes and rotors. I had just replaced my brakes and machined the rotors through a local mechanic, but then had a different shop tell me the work was terrible. I went to BrakesPlus to get a 3rd opinion. I worked with Kevin and his team today. They told me the work done by the local mechanic was great, that I was completely safe, and that I didn’t need any work done. They made no money off of me, but they did get my future business by their kind and friendly manners, and more importantly, their business ethics. Thank you for giving me peace of mind today!
