  Went here for an alignment, waited 2 hours to get the alignment and after they did the alignment I watched them race my truck around the parking lot, then they came in and said it was done. I left and something didnt feel right. When I drove around a curve the left front tire was screaming like it was being drug around the corner. I took it back and they spend another hour and half to redo the alignment. When they were finally done I heard the lead mechanic that was doing the alignment tell the guy to let me know that this is the best that he can do and it pulls to the right a little. Before I brought my truck in it was going straight down the road. Now I cant let go of the steering wheel or I will run off the road. I have taken it to another shop to have the front end checked, took this shop about 15 minutes to come out and tell the that the front-end alignment was trash and it was gonna wear out my tires, so I am having to pay another $100.00 to get the front end aligned correctly. I will never go back to this place again

  The crew at this Brakes Plus location are A+ !!! I came in because my low oil pressure light started flashing and the car began running rough! The funny thing is, in trying to GPS to this location, Google Maps twice sent us to the wrong repair shop! Thankfully, we kept on my path and went on to Brakes Plus as planned! Thank God we did as the General Manager Dylan and his guys were amazing. By the time I arrived there, my car had stopped and was hesitant to restart, it also had started smoking pretty bad and also leaking oil! They immediately got my car in a bay and after a quick review of the symptoms, they explained potential outcomes from the pending diagnostic tests. They then immediately started searching to determine where the oil was coming from! After a bit, they found that I had a major oil leak. He (Dylan) then suggested the best course of action to repair. He plainly laid out all the options and explained his recommendation for getting it fixed! I am very pleased with the service as they made me feel welcome and they had a genuine desire to help get my car running! Most places upsale you and are strictly concerned with getting the most money they can out of your pocket. Dylan and crew made me feel like family! Kinda like the feeling if you took your car home and your dad was doing the repair!!! Definitely recommend and this Brakes plus location gained a repeat customer! We will be taking all of our vehicles to them!

  Such a great place! Dylan was so helpful in explaining everything and getting my car done as cheaply and as soon as possible. The best service I’ve ever gotten! Definitely recommend coming here.

  I called and made an appointment to have my brakes checked and possible and oil change they told me to come in at two I came in at two needless to say over an hour later I left and my car was never even looked at. I understand business get busy but do not set an appointment up and make the Customer wait over an hour and the sad thing is I still need to go to another place to get my brakes looked at
