  I been coming here off and on since 6 years I was the manger Alan I believe he’s name is Very rude and unprofessional 100% I was about to purchase jumper cables that was 5499 on the shelf and I went to the cashier used a commercial account and she came back and told me it’s $59 and then told me no it’s 8999 and then I said it shows 5499 on the shelf and I asked did you use my commercial account and she said yes it’s actually 5999 online and I said well in store right there it shows 5499. The sticker is right there and then I said OK that’s fine. I was pulling out cash to pay no matter how much it was then Alan the manager came from the back of the store while I was about to pay for the jumper cables told me if you don’t want them don’t buy them and I said what excuse me and he said if you don’t want them, don’t buy them just go very unprofessional. I never even argued or bargain or anything. I was curious how much was I saving and it was telling me three different prices so then I had him go to the shelf where I bought them and show him the price tag then he pulled the price tag off the shelf and said everything is going up and I said why are you treating me like a kid? I never said anything I pulled out cash to pay for my jumpers you came from the back and said if I don’t want them, don’t buy them and I don’t know if he’s getting confused or he’s acting that way because I am dark skin, very unprofessional I didn’t even end up buying them. I’m going to another AutoZone that won’t treat people the way this man treats people I recommend go to O’Reillys or somewhere else down the street unless you want to get treated very bad here at this AutoZone on 544. then he felt so stupid he offered to give them to me for $40. I didn’t need a deal. I just wanted to use my commercial account like everybody else in the world and I was asking how much am I saving not my fault that your workers and staff don’t know how much anything is, coming up with three different prices the shelf says 5499. I am happy that you went there and pulled the sticker off Alan very unprofessional

  Alan consistently provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Every time I’ve had an issue with my car, he takes the time to check it out thoroughly and even helps replace my bulbs without me having to ask. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to making sure customers are taken care of. Alan truly makes every visit a great experience, and AutoZone is lucky to have him. Highly recommend!

  Had what I needed. Can be a bit of wait to get help sometimes and oil dump is usually full. Otherwise typical autozone.

  Zero help I walk with a part number in the guy can't find it can you find a similar part number with an A. That apparently means it's nylon which you can't use on exhaust flange. Exhaust flange bolts he looks me and says yeah we have exhaust parts. Complete waste of time
