  How would one go about describing this place??? Well, don't have high expectations. It's not the best area, and it shows with this truck stop. This is my least favorite One9 I've been to across the states. I don't know if all One9's are dealer owned or if there are corporate owned, but you can tell this is a dealer "foreigner owned" location. I guess if your used to living like this in a "foreign country", this place isn't that bad. As for American standards, there is much room for improvement. After reading other reviews after I got here, (or wouldn't have stopped here); they seem true. I only got diesel and then parked. I did have to go inside because the screen on pump #18 doesn't work, which is mentioned in other reviews. It's been that way for over a year, and seeing that it's "foreigner owned", I'm not surprised. Oh, and this place is small. After you get truck diesel you are forced to go back on the frontage road, make a right, and go back around on the side street you entered from, if you want to park here, unless the spots behind the pumps are open and no one is behind you. There's really not enough room to pull up when finished pumping so the inconsiderate "30 minute breakers" seriously tie this place up. Now to be fair, I didn't buy food, or use the bathroom, BUT, from what I saw, the reviews are pretty accurate. Choose wisely.

  No showers which is a bummer but I was able to find a spot at 8:00pm which surprised me being so close to the city, still about 5 more spots available, conveniently located next to Dennys so all in all a decent choice for parking if you don’t need a shower

  Decent spot to take ur 30. Only reason for some down voting is the female behind the counter is one of those face glued times hand types. Felt like I caught attitude for simply trying to pay. She kind of reeled it back when she pointed out I was about to buy a drink that had something smeared on top (energy drink). So she was helpful in that regard. But imo, you're at work, put the phone down.
