  Very disappointed with the service. I went to get my vehicle inspected. I was the only one there for inspection. It took 40 minutes to get an inspection. There was 3 cars getting oil changed and 8 employees standing around

  Robert, the shop manager, and Andrew (technician) were outstanding. This is my second time coming through this Valvoline and I will continue to come back. They are super efficient, very knowledgeable, professional, and competitive on all services. Robert runs one of the best Valvoline shops around. I highly recommend this location for all your maintenance needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Valvoline! Robert was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was taken care of, and got me in and out quickly. Great customer service and an easy, stress-free experience. Definitely recommend asking for Robert!

  The team was wonderful. Came for an oil change and they checked my transmission, checked my tire pressure, and even gave us water. Kamryn, Damian, Omar, and everyone else were amazing! Will definitely come by again for an oil change.

  Supposedly this a "quick lube" place. Building literally lies to your face and says "instant oil change." Pull up, they pull you in, change your oil you never leave your car, quick, efficient, convenient..... yeah blah blah bull cap. Took the wife's car in for an oil change. Sat in their line over an hour. Finally get pulled in. And see most the techs were arguing amungst instead of worrying about their simple job. After asking 100 times and being ignored for 15-20min. I was informed they dont change Fuel filters (Which every previous business at that location did). They didn't vacuum out the car, whipe the windows, check air in the tires, check any other fluids. They didn't do anything except change the oil that they charge to much and take too long to do. And to top it all off the car in front of me was done 20 minutes after my Oil change was done and they made me wait. All in all nearly 2hrs on the dot for a 5 min oil change (ridiculous). Staff was too worried about other things than the job at hand. And it's clear management was either non existent or didn't know how to run the job. Either way take from this review what you will. I will not return but my wife possibly may.... her choice. This marks my first negative review in 15 years. So disappointing i wish the old owners all ran it. Valvoline sucks.
