I was quoted $39.99 for an air cabin filter, which I thought was a little high, but was charged $59.99 without any explanation. This 10-15 minute visit ended up lasting over 30 mins. All while I waited in my car with the ac off. This was not my first visit, but definitely the worst. I may return for oil changes but won't be opting for other services anymore.

They were very busy when I arrived, but still managed to get my truck done within 45 minutes.
Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly, and I was even offered a cold water while
I waited. The air filter I purchased was at a fair price, but I did feel that the oil change was a little on the high side, even with a $25.00 off coupon. I paid over $200.00 for my service on my 2022 GMC with a 6.2L.
I will be back though.

To say this location deserves 5 stars, is a mass understatement. Valvoline in Willis has been my go-to for months now, from affordability/offered discounts, services provided, to customer service, no other store, company, or brand, makes me feel as whole as Valvoline! I wish I could remember each individuals name to highlight, but just know this entire location & its staff are doing very well!
Throw them guys some money!
Very disappointed the last 2 times I have been there. Tires not checked, wipers not checked, fluids not checked. Air filter cover was removed but not taken out. 5 min later, it was screwed back on. Tried to upscale the complete service and was told since it says Dexter on the oil cap that I had to get it. I said give me the basic, its still full synthetic. He actually argued the point and went and.asked another tech about it! I had a father's day coupon and took a photo of it for easy access but he said he could not take it because of scams and it would not register. I found the email and opened it to the same coupon with the same expiration date. He took my phone when I held it up for him to scan and walked to the computer and then scrolled the email. He had black dirty gloves on which obviously transferred to my clean phone. I told him this was a joke. They were more interested standing around talking sports then doing what Take 5 is known for or at least used to be known for, great customer service.

Very attentive, professional and efficient. The crew made sure I understood exactly what type of oil I was getting and why, they offered other services and were very patient while I made a decision. The technician called me by my name, thanked me for my business and told me he looked forward to seeing me again at my next oil change and made sure I knew when that should be.
It was very hot and you could visibly see that the entire crew was very hot but they hung in there and did a great job!
Please order them the cooling towels to wear around their necks they need and deserve them!
Great job to the entire technician crew!
