I’ve been to every Vavoline in the area just about and this was my first time at the one over here in Willis and OMG.. I will always go to this one now. They were so kind and attentive here. I’m honestly speechless. They have topped every Valvoline in the surrounding area. I’m not even kidding.. I’m truly in awe of this service as the other locations in the area could definitely use a customer service training 🥴

The crew was great! Very friendly and communicative about the status of my battery replacement. Help center didn’t confirm the right battery in stock so they didn’t have the right size that fit. The crew was calm under pressure with finding solutions for me to leave with a new battery. Clayton ran my service from beginning to end and did a fantastic job!

I had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location in Willis. Isaac was very descriptive and efficient while explaining the various services available to me. He was not at all pushy when advocating for additional services. It is apparent that the crew here is very efficient and use callouts to ensure safety and a correct job done on your vehicle. I was in and out in a timely manner and every one of the team members I interacted with was very helpful and professional. I will be returning again.
