  Let's talk about "not all heros wear capes" Matt was a great help to me I showed up trying to buy 2 tires he checked all my 4 tires and was super transparent with me and told me that I actually needed all 4 of them to save myself from trouble ,and of course tires are not cheap at all!!!! but he gave me a heckkkk of a deal!!!!my car had other little problems going on but somehow he was able to come up with solutions. You can tell he loves helping his customers and is super dedicated and proud of his job. I will definitely be coming back MATT YOURE THE BEST THANKS ALOT.

  Went in because saw good reviews but noop will not return here.. the guy that was at the front to help well i had to get the words out of him no good customer service for me and ask for price on my Chevrolet Silverado oil change he said 150$ and noop again i have been in lots of places and dealership and i get my oil change less than 90$ and way better service.. price over charged same with brakes and rotors

  So i stopped by after work on a saturday the guys there were finishing a big job and even then still stopped and answered all my questions they let me know they could handle any job! I came back sunday morning and they had fresh tires put on and my oil changed and it wasnt road side robbery like alot of places so thanks you guys for the hard work and honesty everyone there does a fantastic job!

  Booked an oil change & tire rotation appointment Saturday morning for the same day at 11:00am. My boyfriend took my car up there and they said they don’t make same day appointments and wanted him to reschedule for another day. I literally had the email confirmation. Ended up taking it elsewhere and getting in even without an appt. Their work may be good (from what I’ve read) but doubt I’ll be back. Maybe after they’ve been established there longer and can work out the customer service kinks.

  Scheduled my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation over a week ago online. Got reminders that it was for 1pm on Friday. Sent husband to take it in since I was working. He shows up early and the guy can't find my reservation. I screenshot it and sent it to my husband. Guys like well it's going to take 30 minutes. Doesn't get my car in until close to 1:30pm. Then this morning when I looked at the receipt I noticed they never put in my mileage. Instead using 123456 as the number. I wish my car had that low or miles but no.... she's sitting at 219500. Like it's not that hard. I hate shopping for new car places to do maintenance 🙄 because of issues like this or worse when I take my car in because I'm a women. Mavis do better!
