- EGEddie GomezJul 2, 20263.0QT always my favorite convenience store. But I will always give it a mediocre rating until it starts doing what all convenience stores should be doing. The cashier is the traffic controller. The cashier should direct everyone to the position directly in front of them so they can direct the customer to the next available opening. If the line begins on one side of the cashier than other customers will come in and step up to be the “next” in line. It looks like we cut in front but again, if the line is on one side of the cashier than I’m gonna start another line on the other side. I like how QT works their registers but the cashier needs to direct unruly human beings before an argument breaks out

The only reason it may cause a bad experience is from the regulars, since this is the East side of Wichita Falls, which may or may not include transients, and substance users. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly. The place is impeccably clean, employing the robotic kind of workers to keep the cleanliness up. Every kind of snack you'd expect to find here, they have. Coffee at all times and plenty of choices. Drink section it's just as big. You cannot go wrong with stopping here for your snack, gasoline, or restroom break, either on your way into (or hopefully out of) Wichita Falls.

I pivoted and ordered a grilled cheese BLT instead. After paying, the cashier casually mentioned they didn't have tomatoes or bacon either—yet they still charged me full price for a BLT! To top it off, my side order came with literally about 10 waffle fries. Super disappointing service and value. I did fuel up 130 gallons of diesel because it was alot cheaper than other gas stations.
