  Awesome service, it was busy and the guy handle everyone with professional quick manners. The line to hertz and budget seemed to be way slower.

  I have been trying to get a hold of someone everyday this week and it just keeps ringing. I’ve been trying to get in contact about an item I left in the vehicle on my last rental. This is the worst national car rental location I have ever experienced, all other locations are prompt but this one.

  Even knowing that my flight was on the way with a reservation, they left the counter empty with no means to contact anyone or to get a vehicle which left me stranded at the airport. I called the managers number on the card they have, left a message, & still never heard back. When I brought up that I wasn't at least notified somehow or left a means to contact someone I was met with a shoulder shrug & eye roll. They closed at 10pm, but admitted they knew my flight was coming & I was at their counter by 10:20. A note, notification, or some way to reach a person would have made a difference.
