- JBJulieanne BettisSep 21, 20261.0I put in a mobile order on 9/21. I arrived at 1230am. When I showed up I was informed the system crashed. I have worked food service before so I completely understand the frustration that follows a system crash. But whoever was working the drive thru was extremely rude. After I informed her I put in a mobile order all I got was radio silence on the intercom. After sitting there waiting for her to let me know what I should do as far as waiting, cancelling, etc. I was met with a statement “ma’am I can’t have you just sitting there.” After I informed her I wasn’t sure what to do because I told her I put a mobile order in she responded with “and I said you need to pull into a parking spot and you can’t wait.” In an extremely rude tone. I then replied with “I didn’t hear that. If you said that it wasn’t into the head set or you didn’t speak up.” And I pulled away. I get the stress of dealing with crappy customers and a crashed system and I try to be overly nice to food service workers because I know a majority of fast food customers absolutely suck. But with food service workers who talk to customers like that you’re bound to get nightmare customers. Be kind because you never know what someone else is going through. This is disheartening and completely uncalled for.
- TSTimothy SherrillSep 13, 20261.0If I could I would give Pilot Flying j an -5. I am in Wichita Falls TX. I paid for a spot in advance so that I would have a spot when I arrived. Getting here last night there was no parking available. They told me to park in a aria not marked for parking and to call customer service to get a refund. I did as they told me and customer service was CLOSED! THEY REFUSED TO HELP GET MY REFUND. I took a chance parking there. I waited the next day still refusing to help. DON'T TRUST THEM! DON'T TRUST THEIR PRIME PARKING SYSTEM!
