- HRHarr Ri3 days ago1.0Used you guys alot. You still owe me 300 dollars, charging me a young renters fee for saying you would pay me back, but then never did. This only seems to happen at SPS. Also wont answer the phone just hangs up every time.
- BBBlicky BoyJul 11, 20261.0I made a reservation to pick up a car got there 30 before pick up time and found no one at the counter, I called the manager number but he wouldn’t answer the call, now I called customer service the look into it and told me they were out of cars meanwhile I got my reservation confirmation. So now I had to cancel my trip. I was more than upset

At 1250 I get a call that says sorry we don’t have a car for you. Even though I had confirmation and checked in online. I call customer service. They say enterprise doesn’t have one but their partner company National does at same location but it will cost $70 more. I’m in a bind so I agree. Customer service makes the reservation for me and I receive confirmation. So I go there and guess what. No car. I spoke to employees. They said they can’t help me. I call back customer service, they say they will escalate it. No call, no nothing, but my reservation did all of the sudden get cancelled.
