  The Enterprise team answered all my questions regarding my rental; they were helpful, courteous, and professional! I definitely recommend the Old Jacksboro Hwy location if you are in the need for a rental vehicle!

  Extremely disappointing rental experience. The vehicle I received was absolutely filthy. The windows were dirty, and there was dirt and grime throughout the center console and doors. I ended up having to take the vehicle home and clean it myself before I was comfortable driving it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was only the beginning. The vehicle also had serious mechanical issues and ran poorly. I contacted Enterprise multiple times because of the problems I was experiencing and tried to get them addressed, but I repeatedly had trouble getting a response or any meaningful assistance. I should not have to repeatedly call a rental company just to get someone to address problems with a vehicle they gave me. I also had issues with the return process and getting my security deposit released after I returned the vehicle .The entire process was far more frustrating than it should have been. I've rented vehicles before and understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but what matters is how a company handles those problems. In this case, I felt like I was left to deal with them myself. Dirty vehicle, mechanical problems, poor communication, and a frustrating return experience. This was not the level of service I expected from Enterprise, and based on this experience, I would seriously think twice before renting from this location again.

  The staff is moderately helpful. When picking up the vehicle I wasn’t informed that picking it up and little under an hour before my scheduled reservation time would incur an additional hourly charge. I only realized it when looking at the Rental Agreement(RA) for what time I needed to return it. Having noticed this I changed my plans and showed up to return the vehicle early, but as luck would have it, it they checked the vehicle in 1 minute past the 29 minute grace period. They went ahead and waived the additional hourly charge and implied taxes but when I questioned as to why the final billed amount was different from my quoted reservation amount, I was told it’s only a couple of bucks. They tried adjusting it but nothing would let them get to the amount from the reservation so management would have to look into it. I later that day discovered the Vehicle License Fee Recovery was still being billed as 3 days even though with the removal of the extra hourly charge it was truly a 2 day rental. I await managements remedy to this situation. I know it’s only $2.39 but it’s the principal of the matter in that I made a reservation for a 2 day rental, at a quoted amount and I kept the vehicle for 2 days and even arranged so I could return it 30 minutes early and I’m still being penalized for it.
