- KTKevin Thomas2 days ago1.0I’d give 0 if I could. Family car broke down on a road trip, called and reserved a car to finish our trip in, was given a reservation for same day. Got car towed and got to Enterprise to be told we see your reservation, sorry we don’t have any vehicles. Good luck. End of story. No remorse or attempt to help.. nothing. Just tough, there’s the door.

Went to the airport location and they were going to charge me $266 for the one way rental. After about an hour of going to different rental locations, I went back to Enterprise at the airport. The guy I talked to earlier now tells me that reservation or the car...is booked by someone else. That is three strikes in that short amount of time. They are atrocious and very poor customer service. Do not rent from these people.

We showed up to pick up a vehicle we reserved online with a pick up time of 9am and they told us they suddenly didn’t have a car for us and we were on a waiting list. They said they tried to call us to tell us which still doesn’t help matters or change the fact they openly let me reserve a vehicle online, sent a confirmation email and number then told me when I showed up to get it that I was on a waiting list list for a vehicle. Crappy communication skills. Very unorganized. Fix your communication with your website and learn how to use email.
