  My daughter was having issues with an oil leak and humming underneath the car. She has a Passat by VW diesel. I have been so amazed at all the work that was done on this vehicle to make sure she is safe on the road. The gentleman worked with us especially Charles. He went Above and Beyond on checking her car over and making sure that while they were in the engine replacing a major gasket that all lines were good. They did as they said they would do and when she drove the car after it was repaired before paying she stated that the automobile felt like it was better than when she bought it. We were fascinated by the techniques that they know on these automobiles. We will definitely come back and know that we will be taken care of properly. This is the first time we have been to this repair shop and don't know any of these gentlemen but this is the first time I feel that we have absolutely come to the right place. Trust me these guys know what they're doing!

  They were very helpful and got my car fixed very quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again for further needs! I was referred by a co-worker and will definitely refer anyone who needs any work done!

  I had a suspension icon pop up on my Mercedes, I brought it here. They were very helpful figuring out what it was. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Great people!

  There is NO OTHER automotive repair facilities to go to! They are simply the very best! We have a new Jaguar and when it requires any service we take it here. No need to spend thousands at the dealership and spend hours driving and waiting in Dallas or Shreveport! If you live in the Tyler area, European Automotive Service is simply the very best!
