  Wash is OK, though the brushes are pretty aggressive so not for the faint of heart if you are worried about swirls, etc. I ultimately cancelled my membership due to the line-level staff (manager is great FWIW) and their lack of care/concern for the average customer. My last visit was late-morning on 6/18 to grab a quick wash and the lady guiding me into the track wasn't really paying attention. I knew I was not "in the groove" but she just kept signaling "come on, straight in" while staring off to her right to which I ended up running up on top of the track. She then motions for me to "move right", at which point I rolled my window down and asked her if she was paying attention. She got defensive, said "yes I've been telling you to go right" which I disagreed with. She gives me a smirk and say's "OK" (basically OK boomer...) at which point I starting ranting about the cost of fixing damaged wheels and tires. Once again "OK" with a smirk from her. Just the push I needed to cancel my membership a few days later. I can't imagine the brain damage the manager has to go through to keep decent staff around. Good luck my guy...

  My car needed a quick wash, and this place was convenient to stop at. The wash itself was fast, and having vacuums available afterward was helpful. Most of the dirt came off, although there were still a couple of spots that needed a little extra attention. The staff were friendly, and the whole process was easy enough for a routine car wash.

  The worker was quite rude when I asked for the "basic" car wash aka the cheapest option which he purposefully hid and didn't present as an option until I specifically asked for it. He said "your car is super dirty this won't work for you" with disdain. Multiples I reiterated that I just wanted the basic car wash and multiples times he rudely told me I would regret it and it "wouldn't get the job done". Well, my car was clean just fine but I don't plan on ever coming back based on my experience.

  Robert at this location is unmatched when it comes to customer service. I had messed up my membership by getting a new debit card AND license plate and he was able to quickly fix everything. Cannot recommend this location, or Robert, enough!

  MUST READ - On April 19, 2026 I went to get my car washed at this location. Half way through, the car wash came to a stop and waited in there for about 5mins. Eventually a staff member comes to my window saying they’re going to have to shut down the car wash because it’s spraying hydraulic fluid and I asked if it’s on my car and she ran her finger across my side mirror and said yes. She said I can return later and see if it’s been repaired or come back tomorrow. She then said to go speak to the manager for a refund unless I have a membership (which I did) then I didn’t need to speak with the manager because there wasn’t anything to refund. So i exited the car wash and was directed around front where another employee said the same thing about me not needing to speak with the manager since I have a membership and nothing to refund but might want to go somewhere else to get the hydraulic fluid off my vehicle. I ended up going to another car wash, went through it twice and still had to scrub to get the hydraulic fluid off. I contacted customer service and they informed me than there is nothing they could do without a claim being filed which I informed them that 2 of there staff members told me I didn’t need to speak with a manager. In the end, customer service did absolutely nothing. No wonder there is so many complaints on Nextdoor app about this location scratching their vehicles when they have gone through with and experiencing terrible customer service. Hope this helps future customers think twice about using this car wash.
