  Thank you to all of you for such hard work on our van. You described everything you did gave us extra and went over and above as far as work and customer service. I highly recommend Mavis and will continue to use them as needed.

  Needed to have my breaks checked on my 2013 ram and Sherri and the guys in the shop were absolutely amazing and thorough with an inspection. Very professional and honest with showing me what needed to be done with the truck

  The manager is very unprofessional. Her staff made a mistake in telling us to bring our car to get fixed and then we didn't our car worked on. She tried to say that we just came in when she told us to call to make an appointment, which we did and were told to come in that day at 4. We did and then she told us we would have to wait while they worked on another car, we did. An hour and a half later she calls and says that they cannot fix our car. The next morning I go in to speak with the mechanic to about our issue the day before. I told her I did not want to speak to her. She said i needed to talk to her. She said we did not have an appointment the day before because Chase couldn't make it without her but stated she wasn't there when we called. She wanted to add an alignment to my order and I told her I did not want it because she tried throwing it in my face that she was going to give it to me for free, but since I was complaining about the issue the day before I would now have to pay for it. I worked it out with Brandon for him to fix my car on Sunday at 9am. I asked her 3x if she was going to honor the original quote I was given, she said yes. When we arrived, I let my husband go in since I saw she was there. After awhile I asked what was taking so long and my husband tells me they can't find the paperwork for our car. How convenient. He then asked me what the original quote was. I go in the store with printout of the original quote and of course she is charging over $100 more. I confronted her about her stating that she was going to honor the original quote. She said she had to add from a previous job they did that they originally stated they were doing for free since it was a bad part. I told her I knew she was going to pull something like this. She said that I was given a discount and she could just charge me the full price. I told her I just wanted her to keep her word, that she said she would keep the original quote. She claimed that is not what we discussed. She said we can pull the cameras, and I told her, yes let's do that. She then replied or I can call the cops and have you escorted off. To which I said ok. My husband looked at her and said really? That's how you want to go with this? He then stated that we did not need our business then and we walked out. She was very unprofessional every time I dealt with her. She's incompetent and really likes to throw her title around. Brandon is a great person and mechanic and I hope he finds someplace better or at least someone better to work for.

  We were towing a boat and realized our trailer tires were low so we stopped here and they did an amazing job. Their customer service was great and very nice. If we hadn’t of stopped something bad could’ve happened. Thank you.🙏

  I had a rough day after being turned away by four different tire shops in Dallas for a simple tire patch. I was heading back to Corsicana and realized I wasn’t going to make it before closing at 6pm, so I called Mavis and explained my situation. The front desk team went above and beyond by checking to see if a technician would be willing to stay late. Brandon graciously stayed after closing and waited for me to arrive around 6:15 PM. I later learned he had been having a rough day himself, which makes his willingness to help even more appreciated. Despite that, he was professional, kind, and made sure my tire was taken care of. He stayed until nearly 7 PM to get everything done right. A huge thank you to Sherry and the other gentleman at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) for being so helpful, accommodating, and understanding. After the day I had, their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much better. Excellent customer service from a team that truly went above and beyond. Thank you all for turning my day around.
