  I had the privilege of being assisted by Chance and Brandon. I didn’t even buy a tire from them. I just needed them to replace my flat tire with my spare and they were happy to help. They were extremely busy, but never made me feel rushed. Chance assured me that it read no problem at all that they were happy to help. And the total amount billed for their service? Zero. I didn’t have to pay a dime. I work in customer service and I know what good service entails- courtesy, empathy, and making sure that you service your customer with whatever means are at your disposal They could’ve easily turned me away because as I said, I didn’t even spend money with them but they understood that customer service goes beyond profits and because of that, I’ll definitely keep them in mind when it’s time for me to get a set of new tires.

  These guys are heros! I had a tire with tread starting to separate and limped the car 20m on back roads to get to them. They had four tires for me and fit me in their schedule even though I got to them one hour before they closed. Super helpful, super friendly. Super tire shop!!!

  I hit a gnarly pothole and was stranded for over 3 hours on the side of I-45 just north of Fairfield. By the time I was able to safely get my tire changed all the shops were closed. I limped my way to Corsicana for the night and made it to Mavis the next morning. Chance saw the spare on my vehicle when I pulled in, asked what happened, and when I told him he completely understood that I was just trying to get a tire to get back to Austin. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and got me back on the road in less than a hour.

  I stopped in this afternoon for a tire repair. When I arrived I was green by Chance who was very courteous and friendly. I explained what my problem was and then took a seat in the waiting area. After what seemed to be 20 minutes Chance had my problem fixed and I was once again on my way. I have used the services provided here several times and have never been disappointed.

  I was driving from Dallas on the way to see my daughter in College Station and my tire pressure all of a sudden went low. I called Mavis Tire. They told me they could take care of me ASAP and get me right back on the road. I thought it was a nail come to find out all my tires were low. They filled them up free of charge. There were helpful and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone! I quickly got back on the road and all is good!
