  I have to give these guys a 5 star. Today while I was driving along my car starte making a funny noice like it was dragging something (a part of my car that may have fallen off). I was just about to panic as I pulled over in this Houston heat and looked under my car. Sure enough something was there that should have not been. Thankfully this Valvoline location was within reach and I pulled in. Calab and Prince were very kind as Im sure they could see the panic in my face. They were both VERY kind and helpful. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. They eplained to me that it wasnt a big deal but to me it was. I had no idea what was going on. Something about the "skip plate". Nonetheless these guys were great and didnt charge me a penny. THANK YOU Calab and Prince. I really appreciate you!!

  The clerks handling my oil change did a great job! I also had a filter checked on the inside of my vehicle. I believe the serviceman’s name was Logan. He has been the only one to check this filter because it can be difficult to access. He did a great job letting me know that it does need to be changed soon. Everyone was very polite!

  It is difficult to write this review .This is the first time if it could go wrong went wrong. We went in for normal oil change hour almost 1:45 later we left. During the process of changing the oil the oil cap was misplaced lost in the engine bay and could not be located. They ended up going to Autozone to get a replacement oil cap. I get it things can happen but then when you get home and you have oil all over the car all over the engine and the engine cover was not even properly put back on. Next day came out and had oil leaking under the car. I got under the car and torque the oil drain and double checked the filter and cleaned the panels under the car. As you can see in the pictures. So what I’m saying is I will not be going to these place anymore. It appears some people are trained correctly and others are not. The workers that tried to fix the issue were amazing. But the clown that lost the cap then went on break. Sorry valvoline. My advice to people is check your cars. You had me there over an hour you could take 30 seconds more and wipe up a little bit. Just that would have been the deciding factor of leaving a bad review.

  It's a quick service and the service technicians are always very nice and knowledgeable. They told me it was going to be a long wait because they were short staffed but ended up being quicker than I expected for short staffed think I was there 20 minutes. Definitely quicker than take 5. I will recommend Valvoline to anyone
