  I was definitely stressing about taking the car in to get a back window replaced, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The whole experience was stress-free and the technicians were amazing. Definitely plan to take any glass issues back to Safelite In the future.

  Took my car into Safelite for a windshield replacement. I had several questions about insurance payment option vs self-pay and Shonda at the front desk kindly and patiently went through my options with me. Great service. Dee ran through all the ending details clearly when my car was ready. Will use again when needed.

  I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have used Safelite for years, but my recent experience may change my loyalty. I called to schedule Safelite. They offered to come to my home between 12-5. Great. Got a text later they would be here between 2:30-3:30 great. I waited. 5:00 PM came and went. No tech. He claims he was in my drive and could not complete it there. No call. No text. No knock on the door. I went online and made a morning appointment. When I got there, the tech still had my glass in his vehicle so the install was delayed again. When I spoke with the manager about my concerns, she did not care and did not address my concerns. You cannot get past AI in the phone system to get to a person. The Webster location has the absolute worst customer service. My advice? Deal with a different company.

  My experience with Safelite for my windshield repair was excellent! They communicated with me every step of the way, making the entire process easy and stress-free. My technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield repair or placement.

  In July 2026 I had my windshield replaced on my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. Challenges ensued and I brought back the Bronco to Safelite Webster to address two issues (water leakage and windshield wiper "thumping"). The front staff was responsive and immediately addressed both issues. It took a trip or two to repair the water leak. It was addressed and I have had no further problems. I want to thank the individual at the front desk (Dee) who coordinated my concerns and set up the repair appointment. (There are two ladies at the front desk and both are wonderful). The manager, Julio, personally took care of the windshield wiper issue (at no charge). My first Tech, Tyler, was great, and although I had to take the Bronco back, he was professional and addressed all my questions. My second Tech, Joshua (I believe) was fantastic. The entire staff and management was rock solid (no pun intended). I've used this location (Webster, TX) for a number of years, and will continue to do so. Allen Mc (Houston Texas)
