  Son took his car in 3 separate times for the same issue. I can't prove they test drove the car, but I highly doubt it. Each time they said the fixed the issue. His car is still acting the same way. He needs it taken care of so he can start the process to the military. So that is on hold again to find a honest place to fix his car. So much for trusting your mechanic.

  Benson's was recommended by our good friend ( who is a master mechanic and ONLY allows Benson's to touch his vehicles if he doesn't have time)... we are new to the area having moved from another part of our great state of Texas and establishing our trusted vendors and locations as we have purchased our home here. We have found our mechanics! The entire experience... from initial phone call to ask what the estimate might be for our repairs, to me driving our repaired vehicle back home was outstanding. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning... had a conversation with a lady waiting on her repairs and she was absolutely on Team Benson's (our vehicle was pulled into the bay as I was awaiting the shuttle)...called me back with required repairs and estimate in a couple hours (and they were PACKED)... could have taken advantage and claimed more repairs but they were honest and only repaired what was necessary (Front brakes and rotors "look like new, won't need to change them")... back home early that afternoon. They are extremely communicative, and HONEST. We will not go anywhere else and have no reservations whatsoever recommending these hard working and wonderful professionals to anyone looking for assistance getting their vehicle(s) back on the road safely. The day was typically Texas hot, and armpit humid, and they were not slowing down... great work ethics from everyone there. Miguel, the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and a great conversationalist as well. Highly Recommend Aaron and his entire team!
