Just because I don’t respond to your hello, because I’m listening to somebody’s conversation in my earbud does not give you to ask me “why am I mad today?” I don’t remember that being in my AutoZone PSM training

I needed help getting the battery out of my car. Its quite heavy. Im 5"2 and weigh 100#. The guy wanted to skip me because helping me get the battery was inconvenient and then told me i should bring all my stuff inside if I wanted to be helped. He then seemed really confused with what battery is what. Someone needs to help robert with his customer service or get him some help to run the front. He was also super rude and kept talking to me like im stupid. Worst experience at autozone and ive been with yall for over 10yrs now

One of the men working didn’t want to point me in the right direction and I told them I didn’t know much and needed help. Pretty much told me they don’t know and they couldn’t help me. Told me to figure out what I needed lol. But a lovely white woman came in not long after me and they were so helpful even outside assisting her with her car. Yall have got to do better.
