    Demarcus was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The drive out there was pretty long, but his customer service was flawless, so it was absolutely worth the drive. I will definitely be back!

    I had a great experience working with Preston at Honda of Weatherford. I went in looking for a pre-owned pickup truck — preferably a GMC or Chevrolet — but was open to considering other options if they fit my budget and needs. Preston took the time to ask the right questions and really understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me something. He ended up showing me vehicles I originally thought were completely out of my budget, and surprisingly, I ended up purchasing a Honda Ridgeline. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! Preston was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never pushy throughout the process. I would highly trust and recommend him to my friends and family looking for a vehicle.

    Buyer beware! We had an appointment to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle. They were aware we were driving 2 hours to see this specific vehicle. They texted and then called to confirm our appointment. Then texted again as we were driving up to test drive the vehicle. When we got there, the salesman got our information and went to get the price for us. Come to find out...according to them, "the vehicle sold that morning," even though we confirmed the appointment AND they kept texting to confirm the appointment to see the vehicle when we were driving up there. According to another dealership, they never had the vehicle in stock. Granted, we didn't spend our money there (thank goodness!), but if they are that dishonest right up front, who knows how else they are dishonest. We are only out $40 in gas and 4 hours round trip, but think twice before you consider this dealership. Good news though...we didn't spend over $50,000 at their dealership!

    Review is for the service dept. Have a 2019 CRV and 2013 civic, had a maintenance plan for the crv through another dealership and has been alright so far besides having a wait for them to verify the plan when my wife has brought it there multiple times now. Had x amount if oil changes and tire rotations, this last time we told them we only wanted the oil change because I planned on getting new tires. The service advisor did not listen and decided to add it anyways and use one of our last rotates on the plan, said oh well we already did it and can't reverse it. Few days ago took my civic in for an alignment, military $20 oil change, and tire balance. Coincidentally, got the same advisor as my wife the last time. It was VERY apparent that he had no idea how the WO/line items work and could not add separate items like just a balance or just spark plugs, he just kept trying to sketchy discount the other "regular maintenance" services (did the same with the military discount instead of the coupon which ended up costing more). Website showed the alignment as $100 too and he quoted $147 and took $20 off to "be nice." Then had to tell him no, the websites price is $100. Alignment turned out good, but the advisor put just a rotate instead of a balance (the complete opposite of what I wanted) so of course this is what the tech did. Got home and realized the old weights were still on the wheels and had been rotated. Fine, accidents happen maybe he was newer. Called up and got it fixed and brought the car in for the balance. They didn't rotate them back so I will have to in my driveway (advisor communication failure) and the tech static balanced my wheels like it's the 90s again...now I have a vibration at highway speeds, which is actually worse then when I brought it in. I've had bad dealerships before and thought my alright experience with the CRV would changed my mind...I'll keep working on my own vehicles. The advisors should get a small sample of the real world and not be maintenance interval robots. Not terrible, but definitely not better than a side mechanic.
