  Nate and chance and Mike are the best people that work here that got the deal done for me, didn't think it was gonna happen. And they went above and beyond these guys are great. I suggest to come out here.

  Bought a truck in January and never got any paperwork. I kept requesting to see it, they said it would be mailed. The financed amount was significantly more than purchase price (and I put a down payment of more than half the vehicle) and when I questioned the amount, I was told by finance dept that it was “the interest” and I said that wasn’t how interest works. He said they just have to show it that way on their end. Then he explained the “warranty” and gave me a premium rate. At the very start of purchase there was an added $3500 for limited warranty, which I declined and they quickly took it down to $2000 and FINALLY agreed to $500, but the “man behind the curtain” was upset with me. I finally got paperwork and delved into this AG Assuance “vehicle contract” that was an additional $4,336 over purchase price. I later realized was the “premium warranty” he added. It is 7 months later and I have figured out how to cancel the AG Assurance Vehicle Service Contract and I am in the process of that. Each time I called the AG Assurance operator told me that she could not find my contract. I placed multiple calls to dealership for contract number and have never gotten a response. I later learned that Shottenkirk makes more on the backend of a sale than on the actual sale of these vehicles through third party warranties that the finance department described as “interest”. First experience buying a vehicle and my last. Shottenkirk is EVERYWHERE but disguised as reputable dealerships. It’s my own fault for not digging deeper, I was just excited about vehicle, which I LOVE, by the way. I just think other people should know ahead of time what to expect when buying from any of these Shottenkirk owned dealerships.

  This was probably the best “buying a car” experience I have had to date. Zach was a gentleman and very polite. He even gave my kids some Hot Wheels. We really appreciate all the help from Zach, Nate, and Chad. They were informative and easy to talk to. It was nice to have answers to all my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

  The salesman was nice, matter of fact, everyone was nice until the paper work was done and I drove the van off the lot. After that I could not get anyone to answer my phone calls. I called 7 times to get a simple question answered. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. Finally after me cussing and raving I went over their heads and got it answered. I live 400 miles away from the dealership, but they had the only red van I could find, was with them. They were all your best of friends until the deal is done. Never again

  I tried to buy a 2024 Volkswagen GTI from this dealership and I was fine with the listing price of the vehicle. I got the numbers from them and there was a charge of 2,394 for stress free care and 1,495 for ceramic coating. This was not included in the listing price which FTC says is a no-no. They tried offering me what I owed left on my trade-in lol which is $6000 below its value. I would never recommend this dealership and I have since then reported them to the FTC. In the end because I wasn’t willing to pay the 2394 and 1495 And wanted more for my trade-in, they refused to sell me the vehicle. Thanks Honda!
