- MHMichael HMay 11, 20265.0James and Andrew did an amazing job. James noticed an oil leak and Andrew explained it was likely coming from the turbo, which is a common issue for my Chevy. I was worried because my bumper-to-bumper just expired, but Andrew told me the drivetrain warranty should still cover the turbo. He was right! Saved me a ton of money. Smart guys at this valvoline, definitely coming back.
- DWDani WoodhurstMay 6, 20262.0I brought in a car that was mine but I was not driving it. I even announced to the lady I was owner of this vehicle and she sent me to the waiting area . She never once asked me what kind of oil I wanted or did I want a new filter or a fuel Treatment. But after they finished up charging came and got my credit card without my permission on any of the services. They failed to ask me what I wanted. I got $160 oil change and no one consulted with me.

Although I was sold the incorrect wiper blades by the supervisor but come to find out it was what your system indicated my other vehicle used. I had to drive back, 25 miles one way to get the correct size and she showed me that her system indicates a 16 inch for my 2024 Palisade used when in fact it is a 20 inch. Then when I spoke with a representative about the cost and time I was given a $25 coupon that expired in April 2026! I just paid $160 dollars for an oil change why would I need another in April. And to top it off when phoned back I was told it would be up to me to call and they would fix it then. So i will not be using your service after doing so for over 7 years. The after getting money service from the administration sucks!
