They suggest add on sales that are beneficial to your vehicle, with additional suggestions to improve your cars driving performance. Overall this is a pain free but necessary process for any vehicle owner, and they make it as painless and affordable as possible. Thank-you for your wonderful customer service, and friendly attitude.

Had a slight issue with my fuel filter case breaking while they were working on it, BUT Ashley took initiative and personally drove to the closest Ford shop immediately and got it fixed up correctly. Great customer service from these folks and I’ll definitely continue to use them!
- JBJames BilickiAug 8, 20264.0The service was great and they got me in and out quickly. The one problem I did have was that they charged me over $19 for parts. Since I brought my own oil, the only part they supplied was the oil filter, which should have been $7 or $8. After calling their company phone number after the service, I was told that they’ve added a surcharge for the increased cost of oil. Since I brought my own oil, that shouldn’t have been applied to my bill. What I suspect happened is that the manager is applying the charge under the “parts” category for every vehicle that gets an oil change service, without thinking twice about its purpose. Luckily, the person I spoke with from Valvoline understood the error and provided me with a coupon for a free oil change next time around. Lesson learned…check your receipt and the itemized charges, as the manager isn’t catching this error herself.
