I have been wanting to get a compact tractor for several years after my wife Judy and I moved to Aledo, Tx. My son in law recommended John Deere and United Ag & Turf in Weatherford. I met with Steven Heitshusen, the store manager and he was so helpful. I got the new John Deere 1R 25 with cab and AC/heat. Steven answered all of my questions. He delivered my tractor yesterday and explained how to use the tractor and even gave me his personal cell phone if I had further questions or problems. That is service above and beyond. I recommend him and United Ag & Turf in Weatherford very highly.

I give United AG and Turf a solid 5 out of 5 rating score. I’ve been doing Business with United AG for 12 years. I.use them for all my equipment purchases, and all my scheduled maintenance on my ranch Steven in sales is amazing, and all the field technicians make sure your equipment is running well. I just recently had an older model Lawn Tractor serviced at the Weatherford location. The tractor had been setting idle for about a year because of an older(dead) battery. While at the store one day, I mentioned this to the store manager, Dylan, who introduced me to Tom, (Service Manager), who said they could get the unit in, take a look at it and give me an estimate as to what it could cost. Dylan said he would personally stop by our place, pick it up, and bring it back to the store. I agreed, and so Dylan did, and in less than 24 hours, I received a call from Dylan and the Technician assigned to the job, who shared with me, their diagnosis and estimated cost. I agreed to have the work done. Within the week, the work was completed, at the estimated cost. Dylan returned the tractor back here to the house. The invoice was detailed, separated out as to what was done, with no additional or hidden costs. It’s good to have the tractor back in operating condition. This was my first time doing business at this location, they delivered and exceeded my expectations. The experience was also a pleasant one. If asked, I would recommend this location for service work. I’ll definitely be doing more work with this location.
