  I just recently had an older model Lawn Tractor serviced at the Weatherford location. The tractor had been setting idle for about a year because of an older(dead) battery. While at the store one day, I mentioned this to the store manager, Dylan, who introduced me to Tom, (Service Manager), who said they could get the unit in, take a look at it and give me an estimate as to what it could cost. Dylan said he would personally stop by our place, pick it up, and bring it back to the store. I agreed, and so Dylan did, and in less than 24 hours, I received a call from Dylan and the Technician assigned to the job, who shared with me, their diagnosis and estimated cost. I agreed to have the work done. Within the week, the work was completed, at the estimated cost. Dylan returned the tractor back here to the house. The invoice was detailed, separated out as to what was done, with no additional or hidden costs. It’s good to have the tractor back in operating condition. This was my first time doing business at this location, they delivered and exceeded my expectations. The experience was also a pleasant one. If asked, I would recommend this location for service work. I’ll definitely be doing more work with this location.

  We recently bought two tractors and a number of implements from United Ag & Turf in Weatherford, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Aaron was great, and Steven was especially exceptional. He personally delivered our tractors to our property, came back out to check on us after the sale, and helped troubleshoot any questions we had. He even took the time to look at my 1939 Allis-Chalmers tractor, which is now running like brand new thanks to his expertise. That level of customer service is rare these days. It's clear that the team at United Ag & Turf cares about their customers long after the sale is complete. They've earned customers for life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Weatherford location to anyone looking for equipment or service.

  This is the easiest review I have ever done. Steven Heitshusen is a stellar example of what I’d want to represent my business. He is professional, punctual, and respectful. I purchased an entry level zero turn mower. He treated me just the same as if I were buying a half a million dollar piece of equipment. A true asset for John Deere. I would strongly recommend doing business with Mr. Heitshusen. I’m just a guy with a big yard. I very much respect farmers. If that’s you: Thank you. You will be more than satisfied when dealing with Steven.

  I recently picked up a new Compact Tractor from Dylan, the sales manager at the Weatherford store. My intention was to find a late model used but he made it too easy to just buy new one. Great discount, great response times, felt very comfortable and you can tell he cares about business and relationships. Go there, service and parts, all good.
