  I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the service I have received from United Ag and Turf, Weatherford, Texas. I purchased a new 6 series tractor and a new baler from them a little over a year ago. From Aaron my salesman, to the guys who came out once I had hay on the ground to set up baler and showed me how to run it. To the techs who have been out several times to install updates. They have been nothing short of incredible. These guys have went out of their way to be helpful. As an example I was baling hay on 06/27/26. For some reason the balers net wrap was not wrapping at all. I still happened to have the phone number of Eaen, the most recent tech who had come out a few months ago for update install on the baler. I called him and he answered immediately. I explained the issue. He asked to call me back via FaceTime so he could walk me through some steps to see if actuator would cycle. We did it and it was. Since that seemed to work, Eaen advised he would have to call field service to see when they could come out or I would have to bring baler in. After about 5 mins Eaen advised that he had been unsuccessful and that he was gonna come on out to check a couple other things. Eaen and another employee Terrance arrived no longer than 20 mins later. They went over everything and actually ran the wrap through a couple of cycles without a bale in it. Eaen then rode with me while I made several bales to ensure it was back to working correctly. Needless to say without their help, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers I would have been screwed. Thank you!

  Recently purchased a new tractor with Steve and honestly can’t say enough great things about the dealership and customer service experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout the entire process and Steve when above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts for my implements. It’s nice dealing with people that care about getting you in the right equipment for your application and not trying to sell you what they have on the lot like some of the local competitors. Great job by the entire team.

  Sales and service is always quick and hassle free. Just bought another mower last week in and out in 30 minutes. Been to the parts counter twice this past week always had hard to find parts Both sales and parts always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus very friendly would recommend United Ag And Turf in Weatherford
