He assisted us in tractor selection and delivered, supported and answered all questions we had to familiarize us with the best practices for our new equipment.   Ryan was extremely helpful and informative. He explained to me the parts I would need for an issue I was having with my mower. I was also running late and wouldn’t arrive before close, so I greatly appreciated the option to pay over the phone and pickup from their drop box after hours. Lastly, I price checked local competitors before purchasing and their prices were best by far. I’ll definitely use Untited Ag and Turf again for my future needs.

  The service department is the best. We haul our equipment over 50 miles just to deal with Tom in service and Justin the mechanic. There is a closer Deere dealership but being able to deal with Tom in service is worth the drive. Justin is a top notch mechanic. I always request for him to work on my equipment. He tells me how it is and what needs to be done with my interest in mind. They also stand behind their work. If I ever need anything after hours, they are there for me. I run a custom hay baling business and the keep my down time to a minimum. Thanks Tom and Justin for all the work y’all do for me.

  Husband and I went to United Ag & Turf in Weatherford TX to talk about a specific zero turn riding lawnmower. Steven Heitshusen, Store Manager, was great at helping us purchase the one we wanted. We have been researching riding lawn mowers for months and felt that the John Deere brand is the best mower for our money. People think John Deere is more expensive but it wasn’t true in our experience. Their products are excellent and their prices are very competitive. Go see Steve!!!

  I am a local truck driver. A lot of businesses, for reasons unknown, treat us truck drivers like hardened criminals. United Ag & Turf in Hudson Oaks is not one of those companies. These folks have always treated me like one of their own — especially a gentleman named Ty. Ty treats us drivers like friends and brothers. He is exceptional in his treatment of us, and he’s fantastic at his job. Just this morning, I had a very large & heavy skid to deliver to another company in Hudson Oaks. I could not move the skid to the back of the truck with my pallet jack. I did not have a delivery for United Ag & Turf today; however, I knew they had a dock, so I called UA&G to ask for assistance. Management didn’t hesitate to offer help and neither did Ty. He waited for me to pull into the yard (in pouring rain!!) and immediately drove into my trailer and pulled the long, heavy skid to the back of my trailer. The company that I was delivering to has no dock, only a forklift — so this skid had to be at the rear of the trailer. If not for Ty, I would have had to drive all the way back to my terminal in Fort Worth, to pull the pallet to the rear of my trailer. Ty not only saved my client’s day — he saved my day — in pouring rain!! I love the folks at United Ag & Turf in Hudson Oaks. I love Ty. He has come to my rescue more than once, and I can never thank him enough!
