  A business that doesn’t answer their phones or return calls seems like they don’t want business. Go to anywhere else but here in Parker County.

  Terrible place stopped for an oil change while on a long distance road trip and the genius mechanic didnt even tighten the oil filter causing me to lose my oil and when i reported it to them with pictures from a professional dealership they never responded or refunded the money. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Vehicles are to expensive to have these issues caused by unprofessional mechanics. Overpriced, terrible mechanics and customer service, place looks like a trashy junk yard so if you love your car do not go here and keep driving you will be grateful you listened.

  Two weeks ago I took a road trip from NJ out to Texas. My plan was to visit a bunch of national parks in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. Unfortunately for me—my van only made it as far as Weatherford, Texas. But FORTUNATELY for me and by the grace of God, the exit I took off the interstate led me 2 miles from this garage. Devastated, scared, and alone—I didn’t have many options so I called. My father is a mechanic and I understand how busy the business can be. Calvin didn’t hesitate, and told me to bring it in and they’d see what they could do. Though my van broke down, this shop took us in. Provided excellent, thoughtful service and a shoulder to cry… well… sob on. I love my van more than anything and when he broke down I truly didn’t know what to do. This shop truly saved my life. I’ll never forget the kindness, professionalism, patience and expertise these men provide. Calvin and Tyler, thank you both so much. To all of the people that live in or near Weatherford, this is where you should be bringing your vehicles. These men want to help others and do everything in their power to. I’m proof of it!   First time using Parker County Auto and would absolutely use them again and probably will soon for my other vehicles. In my experience, they went above and beyond what I ever expected them too. Dropped my wife’s car off for some steering and suspension work, told them I was going out of state for a week and that I wasn’t in a rush to get it back. The told me they might get to the vehicle the Wednesday I get back and go from there. To keep it short, probably not even an hour later or maybe a hair more, I get a call saying they looked at it and might be able to start it that day but still not definite and then a few hours later called saying the vehicle was finished. Picked it up, looked at everything and it looked great. After putting new tires on the car it drives like a dream. For what this review is worth to others, I’m not one to take my vehicles to a shop. I’ve grown up doing all of my own work but due to life events and time crunch, I swallowed my pride and decided to give a shop a try and I’m glad I used these guys.
