  After another Enterprise location was unable to provide the minivan we had reserved for a trip with a handicapped family member who uses a wheelchair, my wife and I spent a long time calling around trying to find another vehicle. Thankfully, the Hudson Oaks location came through. Cash and Joseph immediately stepped in to help. They quickly inspected, cleaned, and prepared the minivan so we could get on the road without any more delays. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help completely turned around what had been a very frustrating experience. When we returned the vehicle, Joseph welcomed us back with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine smile. He made us feel appreciated as customers and ended our rental experience on a truly positive note. Cash and Joseph provided the kind of customer service every Enterprise customer hopes for. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping us. Thanks to them, a trip that was very close to being canceled was able to happen. They both deserve recognition for going above and beyond. If every Enterprise location provided this level of service, customers would have a much better experience. Highly recommend this location!

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise while my car was being repaired after an accident. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I was scheduled to be picked up, but they didn’t arrive until about 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Once I got to the Enterprise location, I waited another 20 minutes just to complete the rental paperwork. When I returned the vehicle, the experience wasn’t any better. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to check the car back in. There appeared to be only one employee actually helping customers while several others were standing around, which made the wait even more frustrating. The rental itself was fine, but the excessive wait times and lack of urgency made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful. I hope they improve their staffing and customer service.

  Enterprise has employees that falsely accuse you of damaging a vehicle just to get you to pay for damages that happened either on their property or by the previous customer that they overlooked. They take a quick picture (one picture) of the vehicle to “prove” that it has no dents when you first pick up the vehicle then when you return the vehicle they do a very meticulously close look with a ridiculously much larger dent reflector board and go over the car all over and accuse you of the damage. This happened at the Enterprise on Ft. worth Highway in Weatherford, Tx. AWFUL! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

  It was actually really good everybody was a real friendly. Whenever I got the car it was real quick it wasn't a long wait or anything like that. The car was really smooth really clean just an overall real good experience. The return was nice and easy as well I do recommend Enterprise I use them quite often

  I wouldn’t even give one star if possible. These individuals do business very unprofessionally. I put my car in the shop for repairs and enterprise shuttle service picked me up and brought me back to enterprise to get thru the whole prowess just to say I was a no rent for a balance from 2021 which I never rented from them at the time bc I was driving on an occupational license and they did not accept occupational license. I then had to be taken back to get my car at the shop and surely they were aware of this prior to me getting picked up bc I spoke to them on the phone about the whole situation prior to taking my car. It’s a shame how many people are out to see what kind of reaction they can get out of you by negativity verses how they can help. I wouldn’t reccomend enterprise to no one
