  Our insurance company set us up with a car from here. I called to see if they could either deliver or pick us up. Kinsey explained that we were outside of the area they can pick up within. No worries, ill find a ride not a huge deal. The tag line we'll pick you up is a bit misleading but okay. Once we found a ride we called back to see what documentation we would need. Kinsey helpfully explained that they didn't have a car for us even though we had conformation from the insurance everything was set up. So now we are waiting for either the insurance company or the rent a car company to figure out what happened.

  Honestly, it was great; Javier was very friendly. Picking up the car was incredibly fast—I didn't have to wait long or anything like that. The car was spotless and very clean; overall, it was a great experience. Returning it was also easy and hassle-free. I recommend Enterprise.

  After having the displeasure of experiencing many car rental locations across this country this one really took me by surprise with how competent and professional they were. I will only be renting from Enterprise again and this is almost 100% due to the asst manager Jonathan- I wish every interaction was this pleasant and professional, give this guy a raise!

  Rented a one way from Weatherford Tx to San Antonio airport. When picking up car and going over it there was damage to the front bumper. The rep said yes they knew about it I said fine and took a pic . I said make sure it’s noted and I need a receipt. Said he couldn’t print and would email . I left for a 300+ mile trip to San Antonio. Printed me receipt the next day and nothing in the car condition report. I dropped it off at airport. And told them that Weatherford knew about the damage he said ok your good . Little over 2 weeks later I get a bill for over 3 k for damage . In Weatherford he asked for my insurance I said don’t have it but can get it . He said it’s ok 🤔 multiple attempts to call and put on hold and no pick up . So I drive back 300 miles to talk with them and say not our deal talk to the claims dept . Been renting for over 15 years. Never again .

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Weatherford this week because my car was being repaired. I placed the reservation several days before I needed the car and confirmed my reservation on-line. I checked in on-line the day before. Got there ten minutes before pick-up time and had to wait almost an hour while they got my car ready. The person who checked us in disappeared and we finally had to ask for help from someone else. I had already reviewed all the add-on insurance and other riders Enterprise offers with the rental and had declined them, twice. After waiting almost an hour the associate who finally took us out to the car tried to up-sell us insurance again while we stood in the 100 degree heat. Then he inspected the car, with us standing in the heat. The gas tank was only 3/4 full and the interior smelled like air freshener. There was makeup on the console. It took us another ten minutes to figure out why the air conditioner wasn't cooling. When my husband went back in to get help, there was only one associate at the counter, when there had be at least three others a few moments before. But let me tell you, we got an email and a text telling confirming return time. I believe you can do better.
