  About three weeks ago we had to have some body work done on one our vehicles and our insurance paid for us to use Enterprise. I was a bit hesitant because some of our previous experiences with Enterprise has not been good. However we went forward with the rental. From the moment I called several weeks ago to confirm my reservation until the moment I dropped off my rental vehicle today, it was a really pleasant experience. When picking up my vehicle I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man and had hardly any wait time. I was probably in and out in about ten minutes. When I dropped off the rental this morning to this location upon opening, Javier the Manager immediately came outside with me, looked over the vehicle, and got me all checked out. His customer service was excellent! This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise, or with any rental car company I’ve worked with. Please keep doing what you all are doing!

  I booked a car for the afternoon. They told me to come in before six when they close but after 3. Since I didn’t get there until 5:30 they told me they gave the car to someone else and never let me know. I’d be okay with whatever mistakes, but the lady up front was so rude and told me they “expected” me at 3:30. Her tone and demeanor didn’t show any customer appreciation or apologetic for anything. She does not need to have any preference in front of customers. Because of her, I won’t be returning to this location ever.

  I needed a car rental so booked through Costco. I picked up my car on Saturday and Sunday it had a check engine light come on. Monday morning I had to be on the road and I was there when they opened and Garyn was especially great at getting me quickly into another car. I appreciated the sincerity and prompt resolution. I highly recommend this location.

  Kinsley is very rude. She hung up in my face multiple times today. She also told me that there were not any cars left to rent when there were plenty of vehicle on the lot and in the back. She told me there no more cars available not knowing I had a reservation. She was upset that I asked if someone else could help me. When my autistic daughter entered the facility she made a face at her. Mind you my baby is 7 with a mental disability. She previously hung up the phone on me. Very rude person and she does not need to be working in customer service.

  My family is new in town and experience from this place was extremely disappointing… The staff lacked professionalism and showed very little interest in actually helping their customers. The overall experience was frustrating, and I expected much better service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental experience!
