  This place is ran by scam artists. First the so called store manager is a kid who's sales tactics are just offering more and more discounts pressuring customers into buying. The other guy, Logan is unprofessional as can be, has very unprofessional body art and unprofessional use of words. I sat there while they sold to other customers listening to them talk about pricing, they give you a price then when denied just offer money off to push you into it. These reviews on here as fake, they are offering money off for reviews. Their pushy, rude, and I could hear most of the inappropriate conversations they were having in their shop. I will not be back and will be telling everyone I know not to come here.

  I do not have an auto repair business in Weatherford that I use. I was near brakes plus and stopped to see if they could help me or direct me to who could take care of my problem. The engine covering on the bottom of the front of my car was falling off. Jacob said he would take a look at it. After a long while he came back in and to my surprise he had gone ahead and repaired it for me. He proceeded to explain the problem and answer my concerns over it possibly falling again. Everyone there was super friendly and extremely helpful. I have to say if I ever have any brake or transmission problems in the future that’s the place I would go. Thanks again to Jacob and the rest of the crew, they we’re all great guys!!!

  Very professional! I had a lot of trust in the manager Dillon and his staff with the problems identified that needed to be addressed and did not pressure for other maintenance needs that were not as urgent. I was very pleased with the services rendered and pricing to keep my 2017 Tundra running strong. Will definitely be returning and recommend

  Brakes plus is amazing!! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Jacob greeted me right away and knew what i was needing. Dillon was so professional in providing quotes and explaining my options. This is so clean place and awesome to come! i thought it was just for brake services but they provide additional services like oil change. I am definitely coming back here. If you want quick service and professional staffs, this is place to come!!! Thank Jacob and Dillon. Best, Kui

  Jacob and the team took extra good care of me! Came in for an oil change and after they looked at my vehicle, suggested I get a brake flush and new coolant. It was too late in the day to finish the additional work, so they said if I came back the next day, I would get one of the additional services for free. They did great work, were timely, professional and super nice. I highly recommend getting service done at this store!
