- LILeo Ashcraft IIIJun 20, 20261.0This company is a complete con artist. They won't let me cancel. Claim they can't find me in the system even by the barcode. Asked to take my name and number - never called - charged yet again. I've been trying to cancel since they decided to go up without warning by $5 - Now $32. We've provided our names, ours phone numbers, our emails, they half ripped the sticker off the windshield so it's not even useable yet here we are paying $32 a month. Well, now I have to go through the trouble of starting a chargeback request because I'm not playing these games anymore. Furthermore, it's always a different experience. I've driven through and nothing works, nothing spins, no water. Some times I go through and it's just water and a little suds yet I pay for the most expensive wash. They do not care. The vacuums are always subpar. I have to drive around to find a working one and even then half of those have hardly any power to them.

Alex helped me and was very knowledgeable of all the services they provide. I trust my car here and will be back in a couple of days to get it nicely detailed! Thank you guys!
- RMRoss MJun 5, 20261.0Beware - they will charge you more than what your monthly membership rate is (and it’s not tax or other fee)… They claim they changed the monthly rate (without telling you) despite you being in a plan that even shows the amount of the initially agreed upon rate ON the receipt but will charge your card a higher value, even when their system shows you having the agreed membership rate. And their customer service is of no help. Its a shame too because its actually a decent car wash and friendly workers!
