  The manager Will and the technician Jack were both very respectful and helpful!! They had my car done in a timely manner and they all communicated well with each other. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

  I didn’t want to leave any stars! I had my oil changed here today and came home to find bolts and screws missing or popped off and a tool left under my hood. No one let me know things had been lost or broken or not replaced and I was charged almost $40.00 for extra oil with no explanation. Called what I thought was the place I visited and got sent to the claims dept. No resolution from Valvoline at this point. Just a promise that I won’t be back!

  They are usually a good location but not this week for me. I had an initial visit Monday August 17. Technician told me they didn't have the oil filter my car needed and to come back on Wednesday August 19. I got out of line, left and then drove back on Wednesday August 19. They welcome me in and collect my information and ask what oil I want. I reminded the same tech that I was here 2 days ago and asked if they had what they needed to service me before they had me opened my hood. He told me they didn't and then he "apologized" and then said I could come back next Wednesday or go to the other location 15 min down the road and see if they have it. I pulled out of the garage and went to the Kwik Kar 10 sec down the road, signed up for an account with them as was back out the door with a fresh oil change in 18 min. Concerning Valvoline, this was not an experience I expected from this location and I have never been turned away twice for a location not have an oil filter for my 2024 kia Forte. I am disappointed.

  If you have a truck with a skid plate, don’t come here. I have a Ford Raptor and every time I come here it takes them an hour or more to get it done. Also, every time I come back I am some how always missing another screw or bolt. Today was the last straw, I arrive in the bay at 3:58PM, and left at 5:15PM. Had this dude named Sebastian that literally just stood around, I didn’t see him do anything the entire time I was there. There’s a really hard worker, his name was worn off of his uniform so I didn’t get it but he was definitely the only guy actually working there, and was also the only one that took into account that I had been sitting there for more than an hour and even offered me a water. He was a Skinny white guy with brown hair, this guy was jumping from car to car and even helping out beneath the cars, this dude deserves a raise. Everyone else there, I have nothing good to say. That will be the last time I take my truck there.

  I only come here for an oil change when I don’t have time to drive out to Plano, but almost every visit is a hassle. Forget the "fast in and out" service they advertise I consistently wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour. To make matters worse, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Today, an employee spoke to me in a very condescending tone, assuming I knew nothing about cars. I had to sit through a pushy sales pitch for services they aren't even equipped to perform on a Mercedes-Benz. On top of that, they set my windshield sticker for a 3,000 mile interval, even though I paid for full European synthetic oil rated for 7,500 miles. I just want a quick, straightforward oil change without the patronizing attitude and unnecessary upselling.
