- DFDebby Anne Garza Luna FazOct 8, 20265.0I came today on my way out of town I live in central Dallas but I chose this Valvoline location because their customer service is always amazing and they're very quick and do a great job. I received an oil change today for my vehicle and Tariq Roberts and I believe his name was Derek or Eric I feel horrible because I don't remember his name but those young men were amazing!!
- GBGena BurroughsSep 24, 20265.0The guys took care of me and they ran like a well oiled machine! The manager was awesome!
- TGTa-Tanisha GossSep 20, 20265.0I know it was just an oil change, but I loved this place! I went on a Saturday so the wait was pretty long, but the level of service was worth it. I normally go to the Sewell dealership where I buy all my cars so I’m accustomed to exceptional service and these guys didn’t disappoint. I could tell throughout the process that everything they were doing was to ensure a high quality product as well as maintain the safety of their customers and employees. Also, three different employees apologized for my long wait, which I really appreciated. Shout out to Troy and Korren. Troy moved me from bay 1 to bay 3, where they normally do inspections, so I didn’t have to wait as long since the line I was in was taking longer. He directed me in a clear and patient way despite there being other people lined up behind me. Korren explained everything he was going to do before doing the safety checks on my car and since I’m not used to staying in the car for an oil change, that was very helpful. He also managed to chat with me while seamlessly doing his job. Great work guys! I will continue drive the extra 15 minutes from Midlothian to get this level of quality and customer service.

I mean top notch. Now they are just trying to get you in and out. No recommendations, didn’t do the brake light check, didn’t check the air filter, nothing. They didn’t even ask if I needed help resetting the service interval on my car. The prices even went up so what’s the point of paying more when your just like any other oil change place. I drive from Red Oak to this waxahachie Waxahachie location because of the level of service they provided. I might as well go to Kwik Car or Take 5 in Red Oak because the location sucks now.
