  The crew here in Waxahachie are always polite and courteous. They keep you updated when you're waiting in line. This is my go-to place for oil changes in Waxahachie.

  I usually love valvoline experiences,but this day I pulled up just past the bell, no one came up to me for over 20 minutes…another car pulled up then a truck went around both of us got in line behind a lane he was seen before both of us instead of us going first since we were there first…

  Service has really gone downhill since I first started going to the Waxahachie location. The previous staff was top notch, friendly and discussed what they were doing. This staff does not even greet you, set expectations for a wait time and honestly gives the impression your an inconvenience. I've also noticed that they no longer do many of the basic checks they use to like if all your lights are functional for example. I have gone out of my way to use your service even though I feel you charge a premium because I perceived a quality service. I am doubting that now and strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. The current group seems to be going through the motions with little regard for service.

  literally come here for everything. I needed an inspection and sat in line for an hour. Whenever it was finally time they said they wouldn’t do an inspection because they had no printer ink. You’d think since I sat in the inspection line they would’ve came up and told me instead of waiting in line for an hour when I had to go to work…

  I do like the convenience of the location, I’m usually always in and out. I have some minor issues with the advice that’s given during my visit. I was told during a visit that I needed to change my differential oil and at the next visit I asked for this service and the technician was unable to complete the task because he could not access the opening. This had me a bit confused now because how could they know I needed this change without being able to test the fluid. I went somewhere else and paid quite a bit of money for a mechanic to access my differential to tell me it was perfectly fine and the service was not needed. Afterwards I now feel a bit conflicted about taking any advice as now I feel as though I was taken advantage of for the purposes of a sale. You don’t have my complete disloyalty but I’m disappointed.
