  Team at Mavis very helpful & efficient in comunication information about visit. Jacob ... Erik ... very professional in communicating what needed to be done. Erik greeted ma at front desk & was very friendly. Nice surroundings of store.

  They attempted to patch the tire but the hole was too big. Great pricing, great information, great customer service. The manager Tam, was able to have the team get the tire off with a specialty rim l. I didn't have they key but they were well equipped. Would 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

  I had a flat and looked online while waiting for my tow truck on where to get my tires locally. Every place was closed except Mavis. The tow driver told me this place was great and always had good deals. I made an appointment, ordered my tires and paid the deposit online. When I went to the store to have the tires replaced Tam was so nice and personable. I showed him what tires to replace and we discussed how much more time I needed on the other two. The service was amazing and professional. As a female I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Fast forward to 3 days I noticed that the tire pressure hadn’t updated so I took my car back to see if they could check it . It still showed I had a flat and another tire was not registering at all Rich and Tam said no problem they reset it and I was on my way. I totally recommend this establishment and I will be back for all my tire issues! Thanks Tam and Rich!

  I had my front end alignment done on my 2011 BMW 328i Wagon. I could not be happier with the job and the entire process. Very professional staff and friendly environment, they explained all details of what was performed. Car rides and drives perfectly now. They even gave me a $35 discount from the quoted cost and I didn't even ask. Can't beat that in today's world! Highly recommend this company 👌

  Very Disappointed With the Service I went to this Mavis location to have my brake pads replaced because another family member had previously had a good experience with Mavis. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I specifically explained to the manager that my vehicle was shaking whenever I applied the brakes. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, the problem was not resolved. The very next day, while I was driving to work, my brake warning light came on, and the vehicle was still shaking when I applied the brakes. I took my vehicle to a different Mavis location to have it inspected. I was then told that my rotors were warped. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I went to this location expecting the brake issue to be properly diagnosed and repaired, especially after clearly explaining the symptoms to the manager. Instead, I had to take my vehicle somewhere else to find out what was wrong. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Mavis location for brake or tire services. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
