  I went because was I have some concerns about my front tires. Not only did they get to my problem quickly, they also explained it to me in a way I understood. Definitely plan on coming back!

  Excellent customer service. Very trustworthy. I went in for a brake check. They reported that my brakes are in good shape and have 40-50% life left.

  10/10 FIVE STARS!! I got a flat tire on the highway late at night, and had to ride my spare to the shop. I was 12 minutes away when they closed in 10, I called in and Chris answered the phone and assured me he would stay open to help me get a new tire. I get here and everyone else is gone, he’s the only one here…staying late when he lives super far, just to help me. A stranger. I feel so blessed from the bottom of my heart, for mavis tires and most importantly Chris! Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and stop by next time I’m in town!

  I made an appt. to have my tires checked as my tire pressure sensor came on. The store was busy, and they were short-handed but they told me this in advance, and I was prepared. Tam was very helpful and friendly, and the personnel thoroughly checked my tires for low pressure, damage etc. It was determined it was probably a faulty sensor as my tires were fine. Had I required new tires I was ready to purchase from here, as they had the best price and selection in town...they could have got the tires I wanted within a couple of hours. I will be taking my vehicle back to this location for any work I need done as their customer service is exceptional.

  My husband and I needed a tire dismounted and went by discount tire and was told the wait was over an hour to to get it done so we swung by the Mavis tire and they had it done in less then 5 minutes very friendly and awesome experience!!
