  This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Despite me reserving the car a week in advance, and completing their pre-check in, no car was available for me. There is a hidden policy that they will release your car and rent it to someone else if you do not pick up the vehicle within 30 minutes of the time you select. This is not stated anywhere throughout the rental process. Zero assistance in finding another vehicle was offered, no attempt at finding another location, not even a 'sorry that happened', just smug looks and blank stares. Avoid like the plague.

We called them and said we would be there at the last minute they assured us that "they are here", ', OK. My wife and I fought through all kinds of traffic to barely make it 10 minutes before they close. The guy tells me that they have a reservation for a car, but no one said what time or what car. I said any car will do cause I need this for work. Guy number two does his computer thing and tells me that they don't have anything and the earliest they can do is noon tomorrow and that they would give me a call to let me know. I find my way to work next day, no phone calls. I try a call after lunch but 15 minutes on hold, I gotta get back to work. I leave work 3 hours early to make sure my 50 mile commute to this place won't be as rough as the day before. I call them 2 more times during this time with one being a 40 minute hold. We get there around 3:30 and the guy is looking at me like he doesn't remember me. Pulls up my reservation after I give my name, then start mumbling "oh this was for noon". So then he tells me that I wasn't here on time so that's what they do. So what does this company rent by the hour? So what if my day use vehicle is delay pick up by some hours. And for my call, well it's just so crazy busy there. Yeah so busy with people there for insurance claims that they don't give a care about any customer service. We need them and they don't need or care about a reservation. All other enterprises south of Dallas have a waitlist or similar customer service feel but waxahatchie must be the

  My mom rented A HAIL DAMAGED CAR . She even joked about it with the staff that she wasn’t looking for anything fancy and that hail damage aesthetics didn’t matter to her. CLEARLY AWARE from all sides. But $1800 charges to our insurance says that ya’ll are truly are hurting for funds. I’m sorry that you’re struggling but praying upon an elderly woman is not the way. It’s literally cheaper for us financially to just say,” ya sure. It hailed in TEXAS on some random day that quite literally never happened that we already noted to you verbally because it was obvious.” And this is how you win. Greed. This is how you treat your community??!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I do videography. If anyone rents from this company and will film a of video of their car BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCH IT. just message me. If I’m available I will do it free. I would love for this NOT TO happen to anyone else’s elderly mother.
