I rent more cars than any human should. My husband and I are known to put 10,000 miles on a rental in 7 days. We take turns sleeping and driving for road trips. I have rented from Waxahchie, Midlothian, Mansfield, and Dallas. Waxahachie wins hands down.
Yes they are short staffed from 730-10am and from 2pm to close. There WILL be a line. They usually have 3 staff members with a lobby FULL of customers. Don't blame them, corporate decides staffing. Blame corporate. They are very honest about no always being able to get to the phone and they are QUICK to tell you to call between 10am-2pm or use the 800 number. These people remember me. They compliment how the cars smell so good when I return them. They don't mouth about the miles. They don't get upset when the service dog sheds twice a year. When I drop off during peak time, I can leave the keys and go. They work hard, fast, and as efficient as they can for not being allotted enough staff. I have managed government agencies, regular companies, and we now run our own company. I can say that this location is set up for failure on staffing for mornings and afternoons. That is NOT their fault.
I play competitive pool and some times in other states. My gear and jackets usually smell heavily of stale bar smoke. No biggie. I rented from a Mansfield location that claimed the vehicle stunk and had ashes in it. When I asked to be shown the ashes they couldn't show me. I explained about and showed her the gear I just removed. She said she would waive it THIS TIME... as if I had smoked in the vehicle. I'm a smoker and I smoke before I get in the rental...but I also raised asthmatic children with an asthmatic husband. It's absolutely not a problem to smoke indoors or in a car as I have spent 21 years going outside. Waxahachie has NEVER watched me smoke in the parking lot and assumed I smoke in the car. They always check and compliment. I absolutely LOVE this location. They have gone out of their way to make my experience great every single time. I am a little disappointed that I only see 1 familiar face at the new location, but I am sure I'll get to know and love the new girl and guy. They seem awesome and my interactions with both were great.
Please make sure to allow adequate time for a place that may have customers ahead of you. Be on time. If you are gonna be more than 2 hours late, change the pick up time in the pre-registration link so they don't assume you aren't coming and rerent your vehicle. With my company... 2 hours late and you owe half the balance. The bad reviews on here are laughable as the employees are up front about call times, peak times... and if you miss your window by half an hour then half to wait half an hour and complain about being late to work... maybe you should plan better.
I feel like people don't reserve or show correctly then want to blame a business... or the regional manager doesn't call back in an hour and we get impatient and complain. Be realistic. They really need to rent outside of this friendly town and experience how most businesses operate so they have a REAL complaint.
Thank you all so very very very much for making our business and vacation a smooth experience every single time. Thanks for being awesome, amazing, and positive no matter how understaffed. Thanks for showing me such a huge difference in this location versus all others. Yall nail it every single time. I'll be back to renting 15 days a month this fall when it's time for our clients all over the US to renew their contracts. AND... thanks for asking and caring that we are meeting clients in numerous states. You guys always search for and give us the nicest, newest, low mileage vehicle to impress our clients in when we would be fine with a beater. I should probably kick yall a commission. I've used every company there is... and none compare to my Waxahachie enterprise. And for that last man standing... thanks for working with me yesterday to extend till this morning. PLEASE DONT LEAVE. You need a dang raise. I saw you and I see you. I appreciate you! Who do I call? Lol.
Good selection of cars and the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

We had a great experience here! The workers were all very nice and helpful. Our vehicle was very clean and in great condition.

Employees are always nice but it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get my rental every time. I book every other week for work. Since moving to the new location it’s so slow. Cars never seem to be ready.

Was supposed to be picked up between 12:15 and12:30 Monday 6-8-26.
It's now 1:15, and never picked up. Repair shop took me to store at 12:45, and still waiting. Employee washing car, is on personal phone and not trying to get this done for customer convenience. Im late for work. Reservation made 3 days prior, everything should have been set. I am very disappointed, this shouldn't have happened.
Front desk young lady was very nice, but again not very good service over all. It's now over and hour since I should have had my rental, and been back to work 45min ago
I would like some type of discount or or means of restitution to me or through my Ins company.
