- DDDragonfoxtoday2.0Great services, prices way to high for a simple oil change place.
- BBbr1adrOct 1, 20265.0Fast, friendly, and professional service as always.
- LWLauren WarrenSep 22, 20263.0I want to start by saying this review would be 5 stars but is dropped by 2 stars due to the issue I had today. My visit at Valvoline on Hewitt Dr this morning was pleasant. No issues with the CSR or the ladies that changed my oil. I did not have any concerns upon arrival or after leaving until I got an engine overheating warning on my way back to work from picking up lunch. Upon checking under the hood, my coolant reservoir was bone dry. Per my receipt, it appears they checked the level and it was OK. Seeing how this is inaccurate, I am hoping the team at this location will take this more seriously. I spent a good chunk of my afternoon resolving this issue when they could have simply advised I needed to fill the reservoir. I have attached pictures of my receipt with a time and date stamp along with the empty reservoir photo from this afternoon. Note: The tire pressure shows not checked but was done and the CSR showed me how to reset the oil service indicator light back to 100%. Overall, it just seems like this maintenance check list needs to be accurately updated to help customers avoid issues.
- RMRyan McDanielSep 20, 20262.0They didn't tighten my oilfilter enough and it was leaking while going down the road. I reached in and could spin it off fairly easily with my hand. I'm glad I caught it before road vibration let it get to a point that I locked up my engine.
- RBRobert BigelowSep 12, 20265.0A big thumbs up for Alysa and crew. My daughter drives a vehicle that is not sold in the U.S. anymore. we had taken to other quick change places and have always had an issue. They either don’t have the filter, can’t figure out how to change the filter or break something. This place, not one problem. Alysa and crew were extremely thorough and pointed out a few issues that we were able to take care of right away, and recommended somethings we should look at in the near future. I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel up-sale pressures.this is the only place I trust to take my vehicles.
