- STStefan Townley3 days ago1.0What is going on Valvoline? This location is usually pretty good with service but today The young kid working was very unprofessional and no knowledge of work he is doing. Went in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. They only topped off my oil with 1.5 quarts. They said they couldn't change my oil because of an active oil leak (insurance reasons). Ok, understandable. So i was just going to get my cabin filter changed. The guy working on it takes 20 minutes looking at diagrams back and forth to the computer then to my truck before he tells me "i don't know how to do this" and gives up. i told him "this is the place to do this" he says "yeah well i don't know where the filter goes" and cashes me out for $12.98 for the 1.5 quarts of oil they added. As I'm leaving reading my receipt it says they added windshield fluid and reset my oil light which neither of those things happend. Windshield fluid reservoir is empty. Do better Valvoline.

Their care and attention to detail for my 2005 Crown Vic was exceptional. They even changed the transmission fluid, replaced the wipers for a very reasonable price. I will be back.

My second car service did not meet the quality standards of previous visits. I gave 3 stars because everyone has a bad day. I cleaned the pooled oil to eliminate the smoke.
