  I came around 40 mins before closing today, and they were so nice! They saw another vehicle arrive after me, and unprompted, had them move so we went in chronological order. It was not necessary, but it was thoughtful of them. They were friendly and got me in and out without feeling rushed. I’m definitely coming back. :)

  I should sue y’all for the misinformation I was given and for the defamation of my cars character. I was told I had a TERRIBLE oil leak after they took my oil out and tried to put new back in. THEY TOLD ME and I quote “your oil is pouring out as fast as we are putting it in” first of all how’s it gonna pour out like that without oil pressure? When my oil was full when I went in huh? Riddle me that. They also RECOMMENDED me to get it towed and cost me like $400 for the tow. In my head I was like nahh imma just drive it they dk what they’re talking about, drove it to oreillys, still full! Then drove it to LORENA to my gpas house. STILL FULL! put a cardboard under it. NEVER LEAKED. IT WAS 4 of y’all giving the same information. Do better and go to school , y’all ruined my day had me second guessing myself had me cancel plans, like come on.

  Normally it’s not too long of a wait however this time there must have been just that many more people in line. The people are fantastic and they are great help. However their prices have gone up!!! Like a significant amount. The service I got done was an oil change. I used to go there and with the coupon you can download usually $10-$15 off the price for my car was usually around $110 after the coupon was added. You could say I was shocked when I gave the man my $15 off coupon and he stated my price was $142!!!!! I was shocked. This is the same price as if I were to go to the quick trip lane at BK ford (they charge $146). I very much enjoy their services and they do a great job…… but with that being said you gotta warn someone when the price jumps up that much!!!

  My experience is always very good, the staff are very professional and helpful and always in good spirit even when I get there right before closing. They get us in and out quickly. Thank you for your service

  Terrible experience. It took way too long for an oil change. The employees I interfaced with said it was due to an inexperienced employee that was having trouble getting the old oil filter off. None of the employees working at ground level cared enough to go down and help. Their screen time appeared to be their biggest concern. They were mostly with their eyes on their phones.
