- JPJohn Partain1 day ago1.0After being ignored for 10 minutes was assisted by a parts counter associate that treated me like an inconvenience i was then told the part needed to be ordered then after i reexplained where the pin was on the tractor... it was instock... and when i asked why the clip holding it in place was different they redesigned it cause it falls out so in the end i paid 21 bux for a $5 pin and clips with a design flaw and got treated rude to boot highly dont recommend... i am sad i did business here

- DCDan ChickMay 1, 20261.0Very bad experience. Ag United has started a diagnostic fee program to look at equipment without telling you. For $70 it cost them replacing the equipment sale and a fee to repair the equipment and I’ll go back to Ellis Equipment from now on. Good luck with this new strategy. Dan Chick
