The team took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing to replace parts. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were able to identify and fix the issue. The sensor problem was resolved, and after the transmission fluid service my vehicle feels smoother as well. Thank you to James, Danica, and the technicians for all your help and great customer service. Highly recommend!
- PLPaul LangfordMay 11, 20261.0Completely overpriced and incompetent mechanics. No sense of urgency, no communication unless you call them. Spent $3000 for a thermostat, radiator cap, and new fuel pump. Car smelled like gas for 3 days because the mechanic spilled gas removing old fuel pumps. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! $160 diagnostic fee is a complete rip off!
- MSMindy Brown StranacherApr 20, 20261.0If I could leave a zero star I would never recommend this to anyone else I recommended it to my friend and now his truck being held hostage over something that was supposed to be looked at and went over with the warranty and paid by the warranty only but the warranty company said that they were too high on charging him on a transmission for $9,000 now they're holding his truck hostage something they knew was going to be fixed under warranty now they're trying to get him to pay $300 to have his truck back it's ridiculous and the truck's not even running
