- CLConnie letienOct 7, 20265.0I have had no issues with anything that they repaired
- ZHZac HinkleSep 28, 20265.0I came in first thing in the morning with no appointment not expecting to get my car in that morning. But they offered to slide me in first! They were very careful with my intake and asked great questions. They gave me a maintenance plan after they changed my oil and I really felt heard and cared for. Great job.
- CAChris AschenbrennerSep 21, 20261.0This place told me that they would not give me a quote over the phone even after I explained to them that my car is incapacitated and that the only way I can bring it there is on a tow truck. This is how mechanics trap you. They tell you to bring your car on a tow truck so that way you're already out that money and then you're stuck in their parking lot with no other choice but to use their services. After contacting this mechanic I contacted another mechanic who was more than helpful and gave me a quote over the phone I took my car to the shop and at the end of the day I paid $600 for a fuel pump repair. I wish Trinity would be more honest like the mechanic that I went to
