  Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Finding one that specializes in BMWs, provides exceptional customer service, and treats you with respect is even harder. Trinity Auto Haus exceeded every expectation I had. They replaced the brakes on my BMW and never once tried to sell me services I didn't need. Instead, they walked me through what actually needed attention now and what preventative maintenance I should plan for down the road. That level of honesty and transparency is rare these days. What really set them apart was the customer service. They arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, kept me informed throughout the repair, AND gave me a coffee mug and gift card for coffee. They made the entire experience incredibly easy. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business that still believes in earning customers through honesty rather than upselling. Trinity Auto Haus has earned a customer for life, and I won't be taking my BMW anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it.

  I delivered my wife’s car to the Franklin Avenue location for an estimate. Very Poor communication from office staff. I was told there were 3-4 people ahead of me to get an estimate of repairs needed. I was asked if I wanted to wait or leave it. I left it and after 5 hours I called them and was told the mechanic was finished with my estimate. When I arrived I was told he was still working on the car. The same office person told me he was not finished. Very frustrating. The real kicker was that she went and told the mechanic that I was “raising my voice” at her. The mechanic then brought my car to the front and gave me a veiled threat about raising my voice. I never said anything insulting or offensive or inappropriate considering the frustration I was experiencing. It would seem they would have sent someone from management to handle the problem. I won’t be back.

  I was very impressed with the service. They are very well organized. They also inspected things I didn’t think to asked to do. Over all I would definitely recommend them. The reason the truck was there to repair the window wiper sprayer.

  Called and specifically asked how soon I could get my car in and seen since it had a flat. Over the phone they said right now, so I pull in not even 3 minutes later and the wait is 3+ hours and the mechanic guy is going on break. I understand people need to eat but at-least coordinate with your team and don’t lie about the wait when I have a flat!!!!

  DO NOT COME HERE we brought in our car for an oil change a couple of months ago and they quoted us a bunch of stuff that we didn't need, one of them being a cracked rear brake cylinder and wanted to charge us almost $600. We got it checked out by a different mechanic and he said that it in fact was not cracked and based on the state of the drum it didn't even look like it was taken off for them to make that recommendation! They also wanted to charge us almost $1,000 to drain and refill the transmission fluid which, again, I called a couple of other places for a quote and they quoted not even $300! This place will take advantage of young adults who don't know much about cars with the excuse of "not wanting to scare us." I don't care if it's how they make their money, don't recommend services that are NOT NECESSARY and follow them up with "we're not trying to scare you but it can become dangerous to drive if not taken care of soon." WE CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND LEFT WITH CONCERN FOR OUR VEHICLE THAT WAS UNNECESSARY!!! Trinity Auto Haus, this is highway robbery.
