- MMmontanacrossesAug 26, 20265.0I went to the Franklin Avenue location. They are really excellent in every way. My car went into limp mode and my throttle had to be replaced in my Ford Explorer. I was 3 hours away from home visiting my granddaughter at Baylor. They expedited my repairs and arranged for an Uber to get me back to the Best O'l Inn in Waco..it is the best place to stay in Waco....in fact the owner Kim had recommended Trinity Auto Haus on Franklin to me. My husband was even impressed with their work and customer service when they spoke with him on the phone. The job was completed in less than 24 hours..I made it home...and the next day Danica...she runs the front desk ...called to make sure I made it home safely! Oh..and not once did I ever have to leave a message! They actually have real humans who answer the phone!!!

They even provided a free shuttle service, taking me home and coming back to pick me up once my car was ready. They also had snacks and drinks available, which was such a thoughtful touch! You can truly tell this is a family-oriented business that cares about its customers. I’ve never experienced service this great at an auto shop. I will definitely be using Trinity Auto Haus for all of my car needs from now on! Highly recommend! 10/10 service! ❤️🚗🔧

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. I really appreciate how patient and professional she was. Definitely recommend asking for Danica if you come here!

I called Trinity because I needed someone local, I will never go anywhere else! The staff were kind, responsive, communicative and fairly priced! I appreciate them so much, and will be taking my car to them for all of my service needs from now on. Why travel to Dallas or Austin when such quality and honest service is available right here it Waco!! Thanks so much Trinity!
- JMJose MonrealAug 11, 20261.0Took my 01 lexues es300 for O2 sensor issue that I been dealing for months now. Long story short they had it for a month trying to figure it out mind you I installed brand new OEM O2 sensors before taking it there and the end they told me it was the ECM not communicating just for that I was charged $350. Thats not even the BAD part I payed and got another ECM and reprogrammed it that was another $350 bucks just to find out it wasn't the ECM. I did more work and checked the HTR relay and AF/HTR fues there reading good voltage check the O2 sensor main wire harness and it reads 3.41 when ignition is on suppose to read higher thats to low so the MAIN PROBLEM was a open circuit from the main harness to the relay box not no ECM never will I come back unless I get a full refund for fauls information and no professional experience.
