  My daughter went in to get her oil changed and had a kidney stone attack. She called an ambulance and we wanted to say thanks to everyone expecially James for sitting with her until she could be picked up. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

  Juan Rodriguez was such a pleasure to work with. He was so informative and did not pressure at all. He is funny and quick to get information and I would only ever buy my cars from him. Also shoutout to Johnathan Becerra. He went out of his way to help Juan drop off my new vehicle and in a short amount of time knowing him, I felt like I had known him forever. Fantastic people and a fantastic experience.

  Donovan is an amazing person to work with if you're looking for a Toyota. He was very easy-going and knowledgeable. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Even though I took a long time to decide (several weeks!) and asked a million questions, he was always patient, kind, and respectful. I have bought several vehicles over the years from Toyota of Waco and never had a bad experience.

  I brought my vehicle in here for a fairly simple repair. The repair was delayed three times after being promised the same day. Multiple times, they said they would call me and let me know what was happening, and I had to keep calling them to find out what the delay was. When I picked up my car, I found that several panels were not fully clipped back in (This literally would have taken an additional 10 seconds to do correctly), and there was sticky grease smeared across the back of my driver seat. I think you guys can do better than this! I do appreciate that they gave me a loaner car for free on the third day after my vehicle was promised though. Thus two stars instead of one.

  Being that I'm out of state I inquired on a vehicle that I found through cargurus. I didn't get a response from a representative so I decided to call the dealership directly and was hung up on twice while trying to get through to the internet salesperson. Finally when I got through the make party began to argue with me on a specific detail, when I informed him that I got there information off of the cargurus website he had the nerve to tell me " well that's your problem, your looking on that site and ours" Very unprofessional from the get go and would never purchase from them.
