  Tracey Allen took care of me on my new to me F150. From start to finish she kept me informed and kept true to her word. Highly recommend having Tracey help you if in the market for a vehicle, she is the best.

  I have been looking for an Underground 4Runner SR5 for about a week and a half. Right when I was about to throw in the towel after countless dissatisfaction, me and my wife decided to give Toyota of Waco a call. Alex answers from Sales. He answered all my questions and gave me what I asked for over the phone. No hassle, no back and forth, and he helped me secure it with NO PROBLEMS. I left my house in Killeen and made that drive with not even second guessing it. I am elated to say that Alex is our guy!! Him and John were extremely nice, patient, and explained everything in full detail. I’m so grateful that they made this experience a breeze for me. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service and overall kindness!

  We submitted to see how much would get for our trade in as we had seen a used vehicle we wanted to see. Tracy Allen immediately called us and went to check if the car was still there. She took pictures of it, put the keys in her desk, and held the car until we got there. The whole process was quick, gave us what they said they would for our car and we were done in less than 3 hours. Go see Tracy Allen as she provided us the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership!!!

  Selling a car can be a process, but Cole at Toyota of Waco is truly an exemplary advisor. He makes the entire experience easy by following through promptly at every single step. I was impressed. He had his advisors inspect our vehicle, had an answer for us in just a few hours, and by the following day, he had already handled the transfer to reduce our liability and had all the necessary paperwork ready to go. If you are looking to trade or sell a vehicle, I highly recommend seeing Cole. He’s professional, fast, and reliable. Bonus: He was so sweet and friendly to our toddler offering high fives! My son loves high fives. He's a such a caring individual. Thank you Cole!

  I have had nothing but problems with this Toyota dealer, the service center specifically. My running boards on my 2025 Tacoma with 10000 miles broke. The plastic piece that provides some traction on the running boards broke off clip by clip from stepping on it. I took it in there to get it warrantied and fixed and they start by blaming me saying something hit that piece and that’s how it broke when that’s not at all what happened. Finally after some back and forth and a headache they ordered me some new running boards. Fast forward to now I go in to have them put on and come to find out they came in the week before, I never got a call or anything. They put my running boards on another truck. The service center is ran by a bunch of clowns who have no idea what they are doing. I will never be taking my truck back to this dealer after this experience.
