  Every time I’ve had a chip in my windshield I have used this office for repairs. Great service this time as always. Large chip repaired that I can barely see now. Wait was acceptable due to how busy they were & I had made same day appointment.

  Safelite did an excellent job on my windshield. Lance was very friendly and professional. Install went smoothly and he cleaned up afterward! Will definitely use Safelite again. Thanks Lance!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Safelite when they replaced my windshield. Although I received some text updates, I had no direct communication with the technician. After the work was done, they took my car for recalibration and left. I couldn’t find my keys, and since I’m not always on my phone, I missed the texts. After struggling to reach the store—since their customer service is primarily an AI system that makes it hard to speak to a real person—I went back through the previous text updates. After many attempts, I finally found a way to contact the installer directly. He simply told me to keep looking for the keys, but gave me no exact location. This added another 30 minutes of wasted time. The whole process was extremely frustrating, and the difficulty of reaching a real person made it worse. I won’t be recommending them based on this experience.

  Update @ owner @safelitewaco. Todays appointment. Didn't do better. No new oe glass installation, dow need new oe kia trim pieces from been prying on then damaged to lower corner pillar trim trying to mave work. Seal on driver side pillar still flapping in wind. Glass set to high why bottom trim covers do not cover glass and will not clip properly. See deformed oe corner drim due to prying. Pics are circled in red after today's destruction. SEE PHOTOS. NEW IN SHOP APPOINTMENT JUNE 20 @1P.M. I EXPECT NEW OE CORNER TRIM FR KIA ORDERD FOR PASSENGER SIDE AND DRIVER SIDE, NEW OE GLASS ,CORRECTLY INSTALLED!!!!!!!!Trim on bottom corners on passenger and driver's side not installed correctly and misaligned. I work mon through Friday 102mi Dr 1 way. Saturday is the only day I can get an appointment. Now after OE glass was installed incorrectly on May 30th. I have to wait 2 weeks for the Saturday appointment..not knowing if they need to order new trim kit, for their lack of detail at install. I am a 30 yr aircraft mechanic, currently systems test on F-35s. I think the glass was set too high, so trim will not fit properly at the bottom. My insurance covered 100% @ almost $1500. Its a 2026, I want OEM glass and the job to be done correctly!!! Even if Safelite has to pay for a new OE glass to be installed correctly!!!!!! Not pleased @ all!!!🤬🤬🔥🔥

  Do not go there because they don’t stand by their warranty and they do crappy work. They installed my windshield and when I got home, there’s a rattle On an inside cover for the camera. So they sent somebody out to my house and he fixed it and then said that the clips would never put on the bottom of the window. He put clips on it, and said they didn’t install the window correctly, but he said he fixed it. Then I had unfortunately a rock hit the windshield so I took it down there for them to repair it would before they did any work on it. I explained to him that I still have wind and noise coming through the windshield and she just said OK. Then they told me because they fixed the crack in the window that my warranty is no longer valid for them to fix their incompetent work of putting my windshield on. So now I have to pay out of my pocket if I want it fixed correctly because they incorrectly put my windshield on. I would stay away from this one and Waco very unprofessional.
