  Don’t waste your time I scheduled an appointment on 8/7/26 for 8/19/26 between 8:00 &12:00. On 8/18/18 I received an email and 3 telephone calls confirming the appointment, one of the calls was from the Waco location, I answered each one and confirmed. At 7:04 AM I received an email with the technicians name and that they would arrive between eight and noon. I cleared the garage open the doors for a cross wind and put fans on for the tech as it is a hot day and wanted him to be comfortable. At 10:55 AM I received an email stating my appointment had been rescheduled to 8/26/26 without any reason given. I immediately called first the location number no answer then the main number. After navigating the annoying AI agent I am finally able to speak with a customer service representative who states it is because they don’t have the part. So they confirm the appointment multiple times without having the windshield???? So basically they think don’t waste our time but we’re fine wasting yours…… great business model. Needless to say I cancelled the rescheduled appointment and will wait until the local glass company can locate the windshield.

  Setting the appointment was easy. Received a reminder of my appointment. Received an estimated time of arrival and call when technician was on the way. Received call when technician arrived. It was easy since the technician was able to come to my location. Installation was timely and well done. I would have liked to have seen all of the old caulk remnants removed from my car. There was a dirty spot left on my dash, and on my trim post. My philosophy is to leave things at least good as you found them, if not better. But overall I’m satisfied. Thanks, Josh

  ZERO COMMUNICATION! Had to use this company due to insurance. Would rather use the local shop like HEAT WAVE. Took over 4 weeks to install my windshield and it is still broke. Tech never called to tell me just another scheduled window install was sent to my email so I had to call to find out what was going on.

  23 Nissan Armada. Had a 9AM appointment. Took over 4 hours to get my glass installed. Already have to take it back for air leaks and noise. They also didn't install oem glass so now I have to take my vehicle to get the shade trim added to the front windshield. These guys are definitely a joke

  An absolute nightmare. The AI is horrible,but you have to deal with it for an excruciatingly long time before you can speak with a person. On the website, I thought I would try to use my insurance company to pay for the replacement. When it told me that the deductible was just just about as much as if I paid out of pocket, I wanted to remove the insurance claim. However, there was no way to do that. So, I had to find a new device and start over. There was no way to remove the windshield wipers ($70) from the order. On the scheduled day, no one showed up. They never texted or called. The AI just kept saying they were arriving between 12-5....and it was already past 5.took 30 minutes to talk to a human. He said they were running late, but would call me. They never called. Took another 30 minutes to get a hold of another person, who rescheduled for 3 days later. I was happy with the technician who did the work, but I don't think I will ever use safelite again.
