- KSKD ShumpertAug 26, 20265.0I want to take a moment to recognize Tiffany, a manager at Pilot Travel Center, for truly going above and beyond. The second time I visited this location, I had a bad experience. Tiffany stepped in, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stands out to me, though, is that her customer service didn’t stop with that one situation. Every time I come back, Tiffany makes it a point to make sure my experience is a good one. As a truck driver, I visit a lot of travel centers, and great customer service really does make a difference. Tiffany is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers who come through her location. She took a negative experience and completely changed my impression of this Pilot. Tiffany is a great example of what going above and beyond for a customer looks like, and her hard work and dedication deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Tiffany, for always making sure I’m taken care of!
- CSCharles SwainAug 26, 20261.0"Absolutely unacceptable. I waited over 2 hours for a shower, and when I finally got one, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the previous customer. There were used towels on the floor, the shower floor was dirty, and the whole room looked like housekeeping never came through. As a professional driver, I rely on truck stops like Pilot for clean, reliable facilities. After waiting that long, walking into a shower in this condition was frustrating and disappointing. Management needs to do a much better job with both wait times and cleanliness. If you're a driver expecting a clean shower after a long day on the road, you may want to think twice before stopping here."
- PNPaul NunezAug 12, 20261.0This place just got remodeled and it's worse than ever the shower I used didnt have a seat or chair for after the shower and the lounge went from nice cushioned seats to metal seats with tables just shows me they dont care about drivers thanks for messing up a good place to relax
- BVBradley VaughnJul 30, 20265.0Very nice Pilot. Very clean and great place. Good prices and a Denny’s as well inside the Pilot. Can’t beat that there. Gas is always good and a great place to stop with clean bathrooms as well. I swing by here every once in a while while out and about around town. Heads up with all the construction, it might take a few extra minutes to get on to New Road.
