I was very pleased with them. Only the person working there was way too busy! However, he worked very efficiently, inspite of the circumstances.

If I could give this a -1 I would. I have rented here to get to the airport, renting another car at the airport when I return and dropping it off at this location in October and planned to do the same tomorrow and again in September. This location called me yesterday to confirm my reservation then called me today to say they no longer do 1 day reservations with the drop off at a different location. I asked how they are expected me to get to the airport now and Matthew responded with go to Avis. I replied with so you’d rather send my business elsewhere than honor a reservation especially since I was returning another vehicle on Sunday. So that’s exactly what I did, went to Avis. Traveling is stressful enough and this added to the stress. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience with the Enterprise location on Bagby Ave. in Waco. My insurance approved an SUV, but I was only offered a Camry or a minivan, suggesting they didn’t have the reserved vehicle class. The car I received was also dirty at pickup. After returning it, I was charged an additional $46.20 for “detailing,” bringing my total out-of-pocket cost to $96.20. I spoke with the manager, Matt R., but never received a clear explanation. I was told there was “a lot of food” in the vehicle, which is not true—I have a 4-month-old baby, don’t eat in the car, and have no pets. I returned the car in the same condition I received it, and nothing in the paperwork indicated I was responsible for professional cleaning. Enterprise typically handles cleaning between rentals, so the charge felt unjustified. I also noticed the location is hiring an automotive detailer, which raises concerns about whether staffing issues are being passed on to customers through fees.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Bagby Ave. in Waco, and I hope anyone renting here takes photos of the vehicle before leaving the lot. This rental was through an insurance claim, and my insurance approved an SUV. When I arrived, I was told my only options were a Toyota Camry or a Chrysler minivan. If my reservation was for an SUV, why was a Camry even offered? It was obvious the branch didn’t have the class of vehicle that had been reserved. I ended up taking the minivan simply because I needed transportation. The vehicle I received was already dirty when I picked it up. I didn’t think much of it because I assumed it would just be cleaned before the next customer received it, as any rental company should do. After returning the vehicle, I was shocked to find an additional $46.20 detailing charge, bringing my total out-of-pocket cost to $96.20. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke with the manager, Matt R., hoping to understand why I was being charged. Unfortunately, I never received a clear explanation. I was told there was “a lot of food” in the first two rows of the vehicle. That statement is simply false. I have a 4-month-old baby. We are definitely not eating meals in the car, and I don’t even own any pets. The vehicle was returned in essentially the same condition I received it. What makes this even more frustrating is that none of the paperwork I signed stated that I was responsible for professionally cleaning the vehicle before returning it. My understanding has always been that Enterprise performs routine interior and exterior cleaning between rentals. Detailing fees should be reserved for excessive situations such as smoke damage, heavy staining, large spills, excessive pet hair, or other extraordinary cleaning—not routine use. If the vehicle truly required detailing after I returned it, then why was I given a vehicle that wasn’t clean to begin with? That doesn’t add up. I also noticed this location is currently hiring an automotive detailer. While I understand staffing challenges happen, customers should not feel like they’re being charged for what should be normal business operating expenses. From my experience, that’s exactly how this situation came across. The lack of transparency throughout this process was disappointing. I asked questions, but instead of receiving documentation, photos, or a detailed explanation supporting the charge, I was simply expected to pay it. Overall, I was: * Not provided the class of vehicle my insurance approved. * Given a vehicle that was already dirty. * Charged an additional $46.20 for a detailing service I do not believe was justified. * Unable to get a clear explanation from management. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know about my experience. If you rent from this location, inspect the vehicle thoroughly, take photos and videos before leaving, and document its condition again before returning it. It may save you from unexpected charges like the one I experienced.

First of all, Enterprise works seamlessly with my insurance company to get the rental set up. I literally got a phone call from Enterprise 5 minutes after filing the claim with Farmers. When we went to pick up the rental, the paperwork went quickly, everything was explained well, and we were on our way. The repairs took longer than anticipated, so there were additional charges and days that had to be added. Every time this happened, Matt would call and quickly explain what was needed, and it was handled. Very easy process. As we were getting close to finishing up with the rental, Matt worked with me to rent the car on a day by day basis so I did not have to overpay for additional days that were not needed. I really appreciated this. Matt communicated with me the whole time, answered questions concisely, and provided excellent customer service. For this reason I would highly recommend the Bagby Ave. Enterprise store to anyone that I know. Great job!
