    Enterprise Car Rental at Waco Regional Airport was spot on and their customer service was great. I've never gotten any descent customer service with Avis especially at DFW Airport.and they are so unorganized and a lot of their personal are downright rude & also on the stupid side. I'm glad to know that Enterprise is above all that in that they care, know what they are doing so obviously they are competent & have great organization and extremely friendly and nice.

    In Waco TX the Enterprise desk is right next to baggage claim, very convenient! As well as the carpark was a very short walk. I was able to change, (free of charge) from a SUV to a four door full sized truck! Made my week!

    Avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car at all costs. Reserved a premium car for the weekend. Called the day before to confirm—was told everything was good. Friday morning, while we’re packing to head out, they call and cancel the reservation last minute because their car has a check engine light. Their “solution”? Downgrade us to a tiny Nissan Sentra that doesn’t even come close to meeting our needs. No other locations within 25 miles had anything available. So basically, no car and no backup plan. The worst part? Zero apology, zero urgency, zero effort to fix it. Just a flat, “it is what it is” attitude. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. If you actually need a vehicle, don’t trust this location—book somewhere else.

    Our car broke down and left us stranded. Scott was able to help us get into a rental same day, and helped us through the process for our first time. I am so thankful for Scott and Enterprise today!!
