  Reserved a vehicle in advance, but when I arrived at the location, I was told they did not have a vehicle available for me. They made no effort to find a solution or arrange a replacement, and the customer service was extremely rude. Because of this, I nearly missed my international flight. Absolutely ridiculous. This was not my first time renting a car there, and it has never been a great experience. It always takes forever, but this time was definitely the last time.

  From start to finish, this team went above and beyond. SJ Taylor was incredibly helpful over the phone, walking me through exactly what I needed to do. Jonah picked me up from Crash Champion quickly and was such a friendly, welcoming young man. Caleb Chavez handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, and Cassidy Maxwell noticed I was in a hurry at drop-off and did everything she could to help me make my appointment on time. I honestly expected this to be a long, stressful process, but it couldn’t have gone smoother. This whole team is friendly, fast, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend!

  I don't like to do bad reviews, but I have to tell my story. I rented a 15 passenger van from this Waco spot on March 9th of this year to pick up on April 19th, I got the reservation number and was ready to go. On April 18th ( yes the day before) we get a phone message saying that they will not have one available on the 19th. We were leaving for Florida on Sunday the 19th so we needed a vehicle for the 8 of us to ride in. I called the main office because apparently by the time we got the message the Waco office was closed, I talked to someone at the main office and they offered a 8 passenger vehicle but it would be double the price of the 15 passenger van. The 8 passenger van would not be big enough, which I told him that 3 times!! I asked if we could get a 15 passenger any where around where we lived and he said no and didn't offer any help. When I got off the phone I was in a panic, we had to leave the next day or our schedule for the week in Florida would be messed up. After calling a different rental company we finally found another 15 passenger van, but because it was the night before the only one available was almost 2 hours away. I will never do business with this company!!!

  My wife and I rented a vehicle for literally 48 hrs but we forced to pay for an extra day because of their shady policy. The employees couldn’t even try to make sense of the policy so they called in the manager who explained to us that basically we have to pay for an extra day because that’s how their policy is with insurance companies. The employees were very helpful but their policies are scammy.
