    ON April 3rd, I placed a Reservation for an XL SUV. Jeep Wagoneer, expeditionXL or comparable vehicle. I specifically needed a XL to transport our family annd all of the decor for our daughter’s wedding in Colorado. The reservation was for today July 2nd at 4pm. I arrived at 4 to pickup my rental and was told they didn’t have any large vehicles in stock. I was offered a Buick Enclave or a Minivan….. I explained I needed the XL vehicle for a specific reason thus why I reserved it. I asked why no one called to notify me before I drove an hour and a half to retrieve this rental. No answer. They said there might be one coming in at their airport location at 5. They would call me and let me know. So I waited. At 5:30 I called to check. I was placed on hold. After 8 minutes on hold I called back and cancelled…. I have NEVER had this happen with Budget or Hertz. I’ve honestly never had this type of customer experience anywhere. So much added unnecessary stress during what should be a special time. Do NOT recommend renting here.

    10:30 rental. It's noon and looks like car will be ready at 12:30. Staff is good and patient but the system needs to change. Not their fault

    Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation several weeks in advance for a minivan to complete a one-way trip from Texas to Connecticut with my family. The day before my scheduled pickup, I was contacted and told that Enterprise does not allow one-way rentals for vehicles with more than six seats. This information should have been disclosed at the time of booking, not less than 24 hours before a major family road trip. Because of this last-minute change, I was told I would have to take a sedan instead. A sedan is not a realistic replacement for a minivan when traveling a long distance with a family and a significant amount of luggage. The entire purpose of reserving a minivan was to ensure we had enough space and comfort for the trip. The representative I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and rude. His response was essentially that they “just don’t have minivans” available for this type of rental and that if I wanted to pick up in Dallas, Austin, or Houston, they would have plenty available. That does not solve the problem for a customer who already made a reservation in advance. I was told I could modify my reservation, but doing so would cost me an additional $200–$300 due to the new rental rate. I do not believe it is fair for a customer to pay more because Enterprise failed to communicate a restriction until the day before the reservation. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience right before a major trip. Enterprise needs to improve its reservation process, communication, and customer service. Customers should be able to trust that a reservation made weeks in advance will actually be honored.

    they didn't give us the car we requested. They did offer us a car with the number of seats required. they gave us a half tank of gas, but said we didn't have to refill the tank all the way. It took about 40 mins to get the vehicle and once we were loading up the car, we found food under the seats. We've had great experiences with other enterprises...this one just let us down.

    Extremely disappointed with my experience. We reserved a 15-passenger van through Expedia well in advance for an important trip. The day before our reservation, Enterprise contacted us and informed us that the van was not available. Their explanation was that they did not have our phone number and had planned to contact us a week earlier. However, they did have our email address and never attempted to reach out before then. Waiting until the day before our trip to tell us that the vehicle we reserved was unavailable was unacceptable and caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. We went to the location hoping they could offer a solution, but we were told there was nothing they could do. The manager did not provide any alternatives, suggestions, or accommodations and showed little effort in trying to help resolve the situation. When customers reserve a vehicle, especially a large passenger van for a group trip, they should be able to rely on that reservation being honored or at least be given sufficient notice if there is an issue. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
