  I had a very good experience renting from this location. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service and made the pickup process smooth and easy. The vehicle they provided was clean, in great condition, and worked perfectly for moving my goods. I will definitely rent from here again! David (front desk) very professional.

  Terrible service! I made a reservation weeks ago and they called to confirm the reservation 3 days ago. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that they didn't have any and there was nothing they could do about it. If I had been made aware that there was a problem before arriving to pick up the car, I would have been able to make other arrangements instead of scrambling to find something else from a different company. Hertz was able to save the day and will be getting my business in the future.

  SJ, Emmitt and Grace were amazing ambassadors of the Enterprise brand! They were friendly in spite of an incredibly full lobby of customers. They quickly and efficiently took care of each one with a smile and energy that felt very genuine.

  The Enterprise team in Waco was incredibly helpful after I was involved in an accident near West back in April. It was graduation weekend, so rental availability throughout the area was extremely limited. Even with such a busy schedule and a short inventory, they made every effort to find me a reliable vehicle so I could continue the drive to Austin that same day and then back to my hometown. David also worked with me on returning the car to a location in my hometown rather than requiring me to bring it back to Waco. Since I was unsure whether I would arrive before the other location closed, they gave me the flexibility to adjust the drop-off date if necessary. They later went back and applied my insurance discount even though the payment had already been processed. Their willingness to accommodate my situation made an already stressful event much easier to manage. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and understanding. They were a great team, and I would highly recommend this location.

  I rented a car this weekend after reserving one online. I came in at 9 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday. They were extremely busy so if you’re looking to rent a car I recommend to get there as early as possible and do your booking online first. David was extremely helpful and pleasant. After my trip, I returned the Car, there are no extra charges and no surprises. It was a seamless process.
