  Reserved a premium car through Priceline. Arrived this morning for my reservation pick up to be told "oh, let me see if one of our other branches has a car". They did not have a rental car on site. I am local and have the need to rent cars and this is just the first time Im leaving a review but not at all the first time i have had an issue with this location in Waco. Solution was getting back on Priceline, booking with HERTZ a mile down the street. Walked in, gave an ID and walked out with a rental in 5 minutes.

  Easy peasy, The staff at the local waco office was great, helpful and accommodating. Checking the rental back in was fast as well.

  Sorry, this is a very late post of our experience with Enterprise rental on West Waco Drive. We had a business trip. We needed a larger vehicle, and because it was business trip we weren't allowed to use our own vehicle. As you can see in one of the pictures we have other cars, but this was work related so it had to be a rental vehicle for this trip. Well we got to Enterprise to pick up the vehicle, we looked over the car with the rental guy. I started to ask questions about the truck not being clean smelling like cigarette and that it had scratches front and back of this vehicle. He says they were aware of it and this was the only largest vehicle they had at the time. So I start taking pictures myself and jotting down notes about the jeep. We get it on the road to Ohio which is about 17-hour drive from Texas. We pull over at a Love's gas station to rest and to get drinks and food. With her weird sound, it sounds like their tire pressure was going out of one of the tires. We got out to check the tire and it was the passenger back tire that lost air for no reason. Luckily we had a small air compressor in our tool bag. It just needed air. Still didn't know why that tire lost all of its air. The second issue was crazy for a new jeep. The car did not have a phone charger 😕. It's a new car with all the bells and whistles. We thought 🥺 So we had to stop at another store to get a phone charger cord to charge our phones. At that time we put gas and cleaned the windshield . We went through a rainstorm 🥺 we passed through the storm safely we tried to clean windshield. The light came on on the dash and let him know it did not have no windshield cleaning fluid or water🤨☹️ So back to another store to purchase windshield cleaning fluid 😦. Seen in a couple of pictures putting the fluid in the car. At this point I'm ready to scream because not only did this car have a couple issues We were in the middle nowhers in the dark. And it's the weekend 😞. I didn't think we could get a hold of anybody at 1:00 am from Enterprise. Some more pictures taken more notes written down. At this point I really don't think that they clean this car and for sure didn't maintenance the vehicle before we rented it😕😡. When we got back to Texas and delivered the vehicle it was vacuumed and full of gas , smelled fresh they should have paid us for cleaning it. This is the way we should have received it When we picked it up we drove it out of Enterprise parking lot. It's really sad when we tried to explain to the same rental guy that we gave the keys back too. He just brushed it under the rug and said it was through the company and it was paid before we left in the vehicle. I really find that hard to believe because they weren't for sure on the day that we're returning / coming back and normally the tab is not taken care of until you return the vehicle. So therefore, He probably lied about that too. I just wanted to warn you if you rent any vehicle from any of these local Enterprise businesses to please double check the car. Even though everything checks out okay. I would hate for you to be in the position we were and things go wrong, especially with the newer vehicle like this. And the saddest thing about this jeep vehicle. We're passing back by the same Enterprise . An hour later and the vehicle was being rent it out to the next customer. So therefore it told me that they didn't care how the cars are running or if they're clean it. They definitely didn't double check anything on that Jeep. They just send it out for the next Customer to use. Very sad and dangerous. I did call the 800 number. They just wanted to give us one day free rental. For the next time that we rented a vehicle for a few days. Nope no and no way 🥺😕😞.

  Riley A. was an absolute doll! Very well mannered and respectful! Poor girl was so busy working by herself yet she still managed to get to every customer very quickly and treated everyone with such kindness! Give this girl a raise 💪
