I have rented from this location quite a few times. They are now my go to when renting cars for work trips due to the excellent customer service. Any time there has been an inconvenience such as delays with a particular rental they go above and beyond to make it right. I've worked with Nathan there quite a few times now and he has been extremely professional. Especially with this last rental where I had major issues with some essential features in the car that had malfunctioned he personally made sure he handled the situation. I got stuck at a dead end with their standardized customer service and was ignored by the roadside people that were supposed to be helping get the car swapped, and when Nathan caught wind of it he personally took over, reached out to me and made things right. I will keep returning to this location not because of enterprise, but because of all of the highly professional people that work there, not just Nathan. You can tell they take pride in their work.

The staff is always pleasant to deal with. They always get me in a car I enjoy driving. Key, the assistant manager, is very personable. Highly recommend them above the other rental companies.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Enterprise on Waco Drive! After almost two months of being without my own vehicle and dealing with all the stress that came along with it, Key truly made the experience so much better. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the whole process fun and lighthearted—which was exactly what I needed after such a frustrating couple of months. Great customer service isn’t just about getting the job done; it’s about how you make people feel, and Key absolutely nailed it. Thank you, Key, for making me laugh, keeping things easy, and ending a stressful situation on such a positive note. Enterprise is lucky to have you! Highly recommend this location! ⭐️
