Although their back-office automation was a little glitchy, every single person we dealt with was great, we got a great price, and salesman Steve Ybarra was there to deliver the truck to us when we arrived to pick it up October 3rd. Overall, a great experience, except for the technology challenges during the back-and-forth leading to closing the sale. The truck and service both definitely exceeded expectations.
