- LLL L5 days ago5.0Cynthia is the most wonderful lady! First of all, she loves her job and is so warm and welcoming! I called her for a rental 15 minutes before they close last Saturday and she told me to come on over so she could show me the place and sign me up if I was interested! She helped me with my code and made it something easy for me to remember, helped me with a U-Haul rental, just everything, she was just so helpful and informative and wanted to make everything easy for me. I know she must be like that with everyone, just a wonderful, helpful person who said "I love my job!" Thank goodness to have a genuine person to interface with that exudes her happiness with helpfulness. Thank you Cynthia!! You made this transaction so easy for me!! You really know your job! :-)
