  My son purchased a truck in March. This was his 1st purchase on his own & he was so proud. While the truck was still in the dealerships possession the shop backed it into a car lift & messed up the tailgate. The dealership was supposed to replace the tailgate & touchup paint the chips & scratches. This still has not been done. On July 25th my son unexpectantly passed away. The dealership offered to take the truck off our hands & buy the truck back for about $30k less than they sold it to my son. They took advantage of him when he bought the truck & dishonored him after he passed away. Is this a dealership you really want to do business with?

  My experience with Uvalde Chevrolet was outstanding from start to finish. I was introduced to owner Louie through a close friend, Chad Stary, President of First State Bank of Uvalde. That same day, Louie personally connected me with Buster and his team, and from that point on, the entire process was first-class. Buster, Bryan, and Dominika stayed late so I could test-drive two different trucks and let me take one home for the weekend so my wife could see it before we made our decision. There was never any pressure—just honest, professional service and a genuine commitment to helping me find the right truck. When I came back on Monday to wrap everything up, TJ, a fellow veteran, helped me through the veteran verification process. He made it quick and easy, but the best part was just standing around talking and swapping old military stories. As a veteran myself, it felt like catching up with an old friend instead of sitting through paperwork. That kind of personal connection says a lot about the people at Uvalde Chevrolet and how they treat their customers. Even though I couldn't arrive until late that afternoon, all the paperwork was ready, and I was in and out in just a couple of hours and back on the road to Hondo before dark. The best way I can describe Uvalde Chevrolet is professional service with a best-friend attitude. Everyone treated me like family, and it's obvious they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. They've already started helping my wife and my parents find Chevrolet vehicles, and I won't hesitate to recommend Uvalde Chevrolet to my family, friends, coworkers, or anyone looking for a new vehicle.   Service department sorry but you need help!!! took my 23 silverado in an well they didnt fix it an still charged me for warranty work they should nnot have. GM called me asked what he could do to make it right. Got 1/2 my money back but, still having the same issue i took it to another dealership an well well guess what they found! first of all 4 qts low on transmission fluid an it was not reprogrammed. so if you dont know they dont have a dipstick to check the fluid like in the good ole days an i've turned wrenches for almost 40 years an would have lost my job an possibly reputation over something like this so just beware.

  Today we went in to Uvalde Chevrolet and sales consultant JALEESA CHARO made the experience enjoyable and she was knowledgeable and helpful. This is the smoothest things have gone at a dealership for my husband and I and she put a lot of attention to detail, We could tell she was a very genuine person and told us things straight out and got down to business which we appreciated so much! Would highly recommend if purchasing a new vehicle or doing any business with her at Uvalde Chevrolet . 💞
