  Normally, I would have nothing but good things to say about this car wash but the last two times I’ve been there the young attendant on duty, named Ryan, let me sit in my car. First time I was waiting to go ushered into the car wash while he played on his phone for five minutes. I wasn’t even sure he was the attendant so I didn’t get out and say anything but when he finally did come up to me, I was like have you been on your phone this whole time? He was like yeah, I didn’t see you. Because you were on your phone not paying attention! Today I pull in but the terminal wasn’t working. I sat there for three or four minutes, trying to mess with it. No one comes up to help me like they usually do and when I back out I see the same man sitting in the same spot as last time.i drove over and I asked him are you on duty ? He said yes. I said well I’ve been over here at this terminal for a few minutes now and no one‘s come over to help me. He tells me the Internet is down. So I asked him isn’t that something you should be coming over to tell people and he said well I didn’t see you there. Yeah, no shit. You are on your phone again. The attendants used to awesome, but this guy…sucks.

  0 stars if i could. Old equipment, car got stuck halfway through and even though I got the highest wash my car was dirty in obvious spots that I know another wash would've gotten

  I live off fm78 and i drive out of my way to go to zips on universal city just because they are more professional, always ready to answer questions and ready to prep your car! Vacuum are great and always working staff is even more outstanding! Anthony is super ready to help out the employees and always friendly

  I went here on a nice, sunny day cause all the other car washes were packed. I was pleasantly surprised that there was hardly a line at all. The young lady who helped scan my debit card was very friendly and the wash was satisfactory
