  Normally, I would have nothing but good things to say about this car wash but the last two times I’ve been there the young attendant on duty, named Ryan, let me sit in my car. First time I was waiting to go ushered into the car wash while he played on his phone for five minutes. I wasn’t even sure he was the attendant so I didn’t get out and say anything but when he finally did come up to me, I was like have you been on your phone this whole time? He was like yeah, I didn’t see you. Because you were on your phone not paying attention! Today I pull in but the terminal wasn’t working. I sat there for three or four minutes, trying to mess with it. No one comes up to help me like they usually do and when I back out I see the same man sitting in the same spot as last time.i drove over and I asked him are you on duty ? He said yes. I said well I’ve been over here at this terminal for a few minutes now and no one‘s come over to help me. He tells me the Internet is down. So I asked him isn’t that something you should be coming over to tell people and he said well I didn’t see you there. Yeah, no shit. You are on your phone again. The attendants used to awesome, but this guy…sucks.

  0 stars if i could. Old equipment, car got stuck halfway through and even though I got the highest wash my car was dirty in obvious spots that I know another wash would've gotten

  I sucked up a necklace a few weeks ago on accident. Saw it as it happened. The staff was so helpful and kind. We came back the next day and the manager about took the entire vacuum system apart. Although we did not find it, it was encouraging to have the staff at Zips be so concerned.

  I've been coming to this establishment for over 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Cheryl has been nothing short of amazing and helpful. She is always willing to help and go the extra mile for customers.And she made it easy to become a member.
