  I recently rented a minivan from Enterprise Car Rental and my husband and I experienced excellent customer service and a great quality vehicle. I will continue to be a repeat customer!🥰

  First I called and made a reservation ahead of time over the phone. The guy on the phone said my reservation would be available, but when I got there there is no reservation according to the girl at the desk. While I was talking to her about it, she just answered the phone and instead of putting them on hold she let me just stand there looking at her while she helped them. It was like she was like Can’t help you so I don’t care. Like are you kidding me?!?! I verified the number I called just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. But some how she said every enterprise is sold out of vehicles so now I’m am without a car. Just a note: my situation is a lady hit my vehicle and it’s in the shop and her insurance is the type that you have to pay for the rental up front and they pay it back. So my car is in the shop now, with me thinking I would have a car ready. Now I had to just walk out with no help

  The staff truly make the experience enjoyable. Many times, I’m taking work calls when I come in, and the team always assists me with the vehicle quickly and makes the entire process simple and stress-free. I honestly prefer this location over the other stores because everyone here is consistently friendly, empathetic, understanding, and, most importantly, helpful. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service and all of the assistance the staff provides. Thank you all for always making the experience a positive one!
