  Service at this pickup location was excellent. The woman who took care of us was so professional, helpful, and patient, even though my credit card was malfunctioning. I truly appreciated it when we were in a hurry to get on the road.

  The staff truly make the experience enjoyable. Many times, I’m taking work calls when I come in, and the team always assists me with the vehicle quickly and makes the entire process simple and stress-free. I honestly prefer this location over the other stores because everyone here is consistently friendly, empathetic, understanding, and, most importantly, helpful. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service and all of the assistance the staff provides. Thank you all for always making the experience a positive one!

  The staff was very kind and helpful! The manager is doing an amazing job, they are a reflection of her. I rented a car through them for a month and a half due to life changing circumstances and they were all genuinely sincere and helpful. Will definitely come back for future rentals.

  Perfect 10/10 experience! Car drove great (toyota corolla) and the customer service at both locations where I picked up and dropped off was exceptional and above and beyond. I was in and out in less than 10 min.. Will definitely use enterprise every time!
