  So I just went to the AutoZone on Pat Booker man. The girl in there was the rudest person. I think I’ve ever dealt with in an auto parts store. She had her attitude when I walked in why I don’t know so I needed to get a pressure switch for my Audi. It’s $16 cheaper at advance but I figured I’ll just go to AutoZone. I like AutoZone well I’ll never do that again not only would she not price match it because she said she doesn’t price match advance well I’ve always had them price match advance or O’Reilly’s but she didn’t want to she called somebody and had to repeat herself four times on what it was and then said well no we’re not gonna do it because of the warranty difference I said well advanced warranty is lifetime. Yours is only one year so it’s even a better one that you’re Matching she basically told me to go across the street in a very rude way. I then asked her what her manager‘s name was she said which one I said how about your district manager she said oh I don’t know. I said OK. What about your store manager, she goes. Oh it’s written on the wall. I said I don’t have my glasses on. Can you tell me what the name is and she said no it’s on the wall like she’s seriously would not tell me the manager‘s name and I said well what’s your name so that I could definitely call and complain about how rude she is to customers and she told me she doesn’t have to give me her name wow is AutoZone policy to be rude to your customers? Do they also give business away to the competitors across the street, I guess so because I went to advanced auto parts across the street and Thomas over there was wonderful not only did he give me my part at a great price. He also sold me the coolant I needed at half the price I normally pay over at AutoZone. It was on sale. Go figure thanks advance. I’ll be sticking with you guys over AutoZone.

  Went for windshield wipers. Joey was incredibly helpful with choosing the right ones for my make and model and even installed them for me. 10/10 recommend him and the location

  The manager was absolutely amazing to work with, I believe his name was Cedrick. He let us borrow all the tools we needed to install the alternator we bought and even helped us with the belt. If you’re looking for good service when you’re S.O.L with your vehicle this is it
