  I have had a very good experience with Roy and the team for several years now. They take car of all of our cars. I recently had to have major (cab off, 293k miles) repairs to my truck. They walked me through what was needed, gave me the pros and cons of fixing it, kept me up to date on the progress, and didn't oversell the repairs. Even came in a few dollars UNDER the estimate.... They have earned my families trust.

  I had an 8:30am appointment at Another place, we will call “fire rock”, to see why my front passenger tire was bald. while I waited 4 hours for a 10min diagnostic, they came back and quoted me at over $200 to get my SUV’s front end alignment done. I called Valvoline and they were able to get my alignment done the next day for just over $100 after tax. Thank you Valvoline for being efficient and honest!!!

  Honestly, it was a horrible experience, I called the store on S. Broadway to inquire about getting my car’s AC serviced and they pulled up my history and said it would take about an hour to do, I asked if I could drop it off and go get lunch while they worked on it and was told no sorry we don’t allow drop offs, so ok I brought lunch with me only to then be told they didn’t have the right Freon for my car and that I could go to another store down the road. That store on Grande Ave. then told me it would take about an hour as well, well over 3 hours later they handed me a quote for almost $3k and said I needed a new compressor! Wait, what?! It took y’all over 3 hours to diagnose a bad compressor??? The one star I’m giving is only b/c they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic/quote.

  They took care of my Neds same day, even when it had to be ordered. Roy is great! They are all great! They have my business for sure. Would recommend to everyone. Fast service and very knowledgeable team.
