  My visit was for scheduled tire rotation. Made the appointment online. The shop was very busy, but my service was quickly started and I hardly got any of my reading done before I was called up to get my keys. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. And, when I went to get in my car which was right outside, the staff had the A/C on so I drove away, cool while the outside air temperature was approaching 100°. Nice!

  Yes I had intended to write a review, sorry I'm just getting around to it. But I was heading to Walmart to get tires and I seen the Valvoline tire and auto on Granda avenue in Tyler, so I just stopped in to check prices and a gentleman asked if he could help, well to make a long story short, he was very helpful and sold me two new tires at a very reasonable price and I had asked about an alignment because my front driver side was wearing on the outside, he said he would have them check it out on the alignment rack, and let me know if everything was ok, well they got my truck in within 30 minutes and then came and got me took me into the shop area and the alignment man explained and showed me that I need a upper and lower ball joints on the driver's side and one tie rod on the passenger side, and never tried to up sell me anything. I said that I didn't have much money, so I'd like to do that myself and he was very polite and said he surly understands. I think they adjusted the toe in and out, because the tires looked like they were straighter than when I went in. But just let me say, they were very nice and friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them, 💯 percent. Thanks again for your honesty. My name is Daniel Boone.

  Roy explained everything in great detail and assisted with our claim being processed. We are so very pleased with the outcome of our AC Repair in a timely manner.

  Honest and reliable. I took my truck in to have the air conditioner checked, they found that it was empty of freon, they filled it added a dye to find out where it was leaking. They were unable to detect the leak and told me to come back in a few days or if it did it again and they could try to find where it's leaking. I came back on my lunch hour a week later and they were able to determine the problem was the compressor. They were very efficient with the whole process. I was able to make my appointment online. I use them for all my oil changes and now I have a place to go for actual auto-repair. Thank you for having this shop. Had the compressor replaced by them, and it works fabulously. They used a part that had a lifetime warranty and they guarantee their work. I am so satisfied with this place.

  I’ve always had a very satisfying feeling whenever I’ve dealt with these people. Their new system where you can make an appointment online according to your schedule is very convenient. They do good, dependable work and are reasonably priced.
