  The Customer service was Great ! Elijah & Corbin Were Top Notch. They were friendly.. Corbin offered me water because it was a scorching hot day. The Great Customer service Reminded me of the Good days when people had manners. So I will definitely return. Mrs.Allen❤️

  ZERO Stars and let me explain why! On June 15, 2026 I drove to this location after work to receive an oil change. Following the oil change, I started to exit the driveway of Valvoline and upon pressing down on the acceleration, my dashboard immediately lit up and my car went into "limp" mode. I barely made it over across the three lanes into the turning lane, before my car completely died. I immediately called the Valvoline customer service number and explained to them that my Toyota Camry was perfectly fine prior to entering the bay at Valvoline before the oil change and now it is undrivable and will not turn on or accelerate. The first sentence out of the customer service representative's mouth was that "we are not liable for any vehicles after they leave the bay area at Valvoline." I had to physically leave my car in the turning lane and sprint across the three lane highway and to the store which 2 buildings down from where my car died. The manager yelled at me and told me he couldn't walk over to my car and look at it. I said, "well I just ran across three lanes of traffic to get to you?" He and his manager jumped in a truck and tested it and it came back with multiple codes including a P2119 for the throttle body. They claimed that they were not responsible and left my car dead in the road in the turning lane with my flashers on. My car was in the road for at least an hour and my phone died. After they left and I sat in the road for close to an hour, the store called the police on me and claimed that I was waving a gun in everyone's faces threatening to kill them. The office offered me a ride to a parking lot as Crow towing finally arrived to tow my car. My mother had to drive 45 minutes to come pick me up and the officer was the only person who offered me a ride. Valvoline left me on the side of the road and forced me to have my Camry towed to a mechanic and to take off work the following day. I work in home health and had to cancel 10 pediatric patients on Tuesday. The mechanic found a broke piece of something in my Mass Air Flow Sensor blocking my engine. I will add pictures of broken object found in the MAF, which caused my car to died and my dashboard to light up with various lights. Michael/Mike was the manager on the shift and he was the person communicating with me. I will be reaching out to an attorney regarding the situation. Valvoline has refused to pay for all of the expenses including the towing as of today.
