I cussed and sweated under my mower for three days before I surrendered to having someone who knew what they were doing to address the problem. An errant limb had derailed my main drive belt. When I dropped it off yesterday, thru thought it would be three days before someone could look at it. Today, they called and it was ready! The cost was reasonable. That is all too rare nowadays. Many thanks! Oh, they even washed it for me; cleanest it has been since I bought it 2-3 years ago.

- CCConnieMay 20, 20261.0Belt fell off lawnmower. Called and was told it would be around $140 plus $75 pickup. Received invoice and they took it upon themselves to put new blades on. Did not ask!! Bill came to $313!.... Last year the belt BROKE and they put a NEW belt on and also replaced blades WITHOUT ASKING. That bill was $309. Do not use this place for service! Also, I will be putting this same review under the John Deere website bc apparently it goes by 2 different names. In fact, when I called the John Deere hwy 155 phone number asking for service, I asked if this was indeed the noonday location bc I needed the John Deere in noonday and the guy said "I don't know where that is. This is United Ag and Turf." Really?! Because I CALLED the noonday (Tyler tx) phone number OFF FROM the JOHN DEERE website!! Beware!!!! They will upcharge what they quote you without clearing it with you first AND they do not know that their business is listed as John Deere in Google.
